Würde man mit diesem unsortierten Kühlschrotthaufwerk zwecks Separierung die zuvor charakterisierte Vorrichtung zum Siebklassieren beschicken, bliebe die erhoffte Wirkung aus, weil infolge der gegebenen geometrischen Ausbildung des Siebbelages keine Trennung der sogenannten Fische stattfinden kann.

Claims (2)
- Vorrichtung zur Separierung unerwünschter länglicher und/oder gekrümmter Schrottstücke aus einem Schrottstrom oder Schrotthaufwerk höherer Dichte wie Kühlschrott mit Hilfe eines Siebbelages in einem Schwing- oder Rüttelsieb, wobei der Siebbelag im wesentlichen aus mehreren, parallelen, in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Führungsleisten und mehreren, parallelen, in Querrichtung verlaufenden Trennleisten sowie einem dadurch gebildeten gitterartigen Rahmen mit Öffnungen für das durchtretende Gut besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) die Führungsleisten (4) auf den Trennleisten (3) diese überragend aufsitzen,b) die aus Winkelmaterial gebildeten Führungsleisten (4) an den freien Winkelschenkeln angefügte oder fortgesetzte Längsleisten (4.1) aufweisen, deren Abstand an den freien Längsseiten zueinander geringer ist als der Abstand an den freien Winkelschenkeln, so daß im Querschnitt der Längsleisten (4.1) gesehen sich von oben nach unten erweiternde Öffnungen (3.2) mit im wesentlichen trapezförmigen Querschnitt ergeben,c) die querverlaufenden Trennleisten (3) in die Öffnungen (3.2) hineinragende, in Förderrichtung der unerwünschten Schrottstücke ansteigende Flankenansätze (3.1) aufweisen, so daß im Querschnitt der Trennleisten (3) gesehen die Öffnungen (3.2) einen parallelogrammartigen Querschnitt bilden undd) somit die Öffnungen (3.2) je sowohl von den sich gegenüberliegenden Längsleisten (4.1) als auch von den sich gegenüberliegenden Flankenansätzen (3.1) umrissen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je Öffnung (3.2) mindestens eine Rückwand (3.3) am Flankenansatz (3.1) vorgesehen ist.
