Claims (7)
- Sprossen-Hohlprofilstangen aus Kunststoff zum Einbau in Verbundfensterscheiben (G),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus mindestens zwei Schichten (1, 2) bestehen, von denen eine innere Schicht (1) aus einem glaskugel- oder glasfaserdotierten ABS (Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol-Polymerisat) besteht und eine äußere, dünnere Schicht (2) aus einem glatten, glänzenden und UV-Licht beständigen Material besteht. - Hohlprofilmaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Schicht (2) 0,2 bis 0,6 mm dick ist und die innere Schicht (1) mindestens so dick wie die äußere Schicht (2) und mindestens 0,5 mm dick ist.
- Hohlprofilmaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Schicht (1) sich in Rippen oder Streben fortsetzt.
- Hohlprofilmaterial nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine rechteckige Grundform mit abgeschrägten Eckbereichen aufweist und mindestens die innere Schicht (1) an den Schmalseiten (S) dicker als in den übrigen Bereichen ausgebildet ist. - Hohlprofilmaterial nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Schicht (2) als hochglänzende Koextrudatschicht ausgebildet ist. - Hohlprofilmaterial nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Schicht (2) mit lichtechten Farbpigmenten versetzt ist.
- Hohlprofilmaterial nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (2) aus PMMA (Polyacrylat) besteht.
