ausgespült werden kann. Die Versorgungsleitung (9) für die
eine oder mehreren Sprühdüsen befindet sich
zweckmäßigerweise gleichfalls innerhalb der Pyramide und
vorzugsweise unter einem der Messer.

Anhand der Figur 3 wird die Funktion der Entleerstation beschrieben: Zum Entleeren eines Bulk-Bags unter Verwendung einer erfindungsgemäßen Entleerstation wird der Bulk-Bag (10) mittels seiner Haltevorrichtung (12), üblicherweise handelt es sich um Hebegurte (12a) an einer Tragevorrichtung (16), welche gleichzeitig auch eine Verschlußvorrichtung (14) für den Kasten umfaßt, fixiert, beispielsweise mittels der an der Tragevorrichtung angebrachten Haken (15). Zweckmäßigerweise wird zusätzlich auch der Füllstutzen des Bulk-Bags an der Verschlußrichtung fixiert. Die Tragevorrichtung wird über den Kasten positioniert und der Bulk-Bag in diesen abgesenkt. Sobald der Sackboden die Dichtungsvorrichtung (7) erreicht, wird diese niedergedrückt und damit die Dichtung gegen Staubentwicklung bewirkt. Beim weiteren Absenken durchsticht der Dorn (4b) den Sackboden und die Pyramidenmesser (4a) schneiden den Flachboden über die gesamte Bodenfläche auf. Sobald der Boden des Sacks durch sein Eigengewicht mittels des Dorns und der Pyramidenmesser aufgeschnitten ist und sich in der tiefsten Position befindet, verschließt die Verschlußvorrichtung (14), welche zweckmäßigerweise als Deckel ausgebildet ist, den aus den Wänden (1a) gebildeten Kasten (1). Die sich durch das Aufschneiden ausbildenden dreieckförmigen Lappen (11) fallen nach unten und ermöglichen den Auslauf des Schüttguts. Das Schüttgut fällt in die Aufnahmevorrichtung (2) und gelangt durch den Stutzen (3) in den mit dem Schüttgut zu beschickenden Reaktor. Nach dem Entleeren des Bulk-Bags wird dieser durch Aktivieren der Düsen (6), welchen über den Stutzen (8) und die Versorgungsleitung (9) ein flüssiges Spülmedium zugeführt wird, gespült. Zweckmäßigerweise wird ein solches Spülmittel verwendet, das als Lösungs- oder Suspensionsmittel in der beabsichtigen Reaktion verwendet wird. Die in Form des flüssigen Spülmediums in den Reaktor gelangende Menge an Spülmedium wird bei der Befüllung des Reaktors mit flüssigem Medium entsprechend berücksichtigt. Durch das Ausspülen des Innensacks werden nicht nur Gefahrenpotentiale, wie sie bei der Entsorgung eines nicht ausgespülten Bulk-Bags auftreten können, vermieden, sondern gleichzeitig wird das mit dem Bulk-Bag angelieferte Material verlustfrei der gewünschten Umsetzung zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach dem Entleeren und Ausspülen des Innensacks kann dieser bei Bedarf mittels in den Kastenwänden oder in der Verschlußvorrichtung intergrierten Sprühdüsen auch äußerlich gereinigt werden. Nach beendetem Spülvorgang wird mittels der Tragevorrichtung der entleerte und durch Spülung gereinigte Bulk-Bag aus dem Kasten (1) gezogen.
