Claims (8)
- Broyeur à marteaux pour déchiqueter des copeaux comprenant :1.1 un rotor à marteaux (1) pourvu d'un arbre de rotor horizontal (1.1) ;1.2 une enveloppe l'entourant composée de segments perforés (2.1 à 2.4) et d'éléments broyeurs (3.1 à 3.5) ;1.3 les segments perforés (2.1 à 2.4) et les éléments broyeurs (3.1 à 3.5) étant disposés de façon alternée sur le périmètre du rotor et un segment du périmètre du rotor demeurant libre pour permettre l'introduction des copeaux ;1.4 un boîtier (4) entourant l'enveloppe, comprenant deux parois avant s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe du rotor, une paroi périphérique (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5) ainsi qu'un manchon d'amenée (4.6) des copeaux;1.5 au moins quelques segments perforés (2.1 à 2.4) pouvant pivoter autour des axes (I, II, III) s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe du rotor ;
caractérisé en ce que :1.6 quelques éléments broyeurs (3.2 à 3.4) peuvent se déplacer en direction de leur axe longitudinal propre, leur axe longitudinal s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe du rotor ;1.7 au moins un des éléments broyeurs (3.1, 3.5) restant peut pivoter conjointement avec un segment perforé (2.1, 2.4) autour de l'axe de rotation concerné. - Broyeur à marteaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que :2.1 un segment de paroi (4.4.1) de la paroi périphérique (4.4) peut être éloigné du rotor à marteaux (1) ;2.2 l'élément broyeur (3.4) se trouvant dans la zone du segment de paroi (4.4.1) éloigné peut être éloigné dans la même direction que le segment de paroi (4.4.1) du rotor à marteaux (1).
- Broyeur à marteaux selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des parties de la paroi périphérique (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 et 4.5) ou des deux parois avant peuvent être escamotées.
- Broyeur à marteaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des éléments broyeurs (3.1 à 3.5) est divisé en deux segments longitudinaux ou plus.
- Broyeur à marteaux selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les différents segments longitudinaux peuvent être couplés entre eux à l'aide de la force d'un aimant.
- Broyeur à marteaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (I, II, III) d'un segment perforé (2.1 à 2.4) pivotant se trouve dans la zone d'un élément broyeur (3.2, 3.3, 3.4).
- Broyeur à marteaux selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (I, II, III) concerné se trouve en-dehors de l'élément broyeur (3.2, 3.3, 3.4) concerné dans le plan radial.
- Broyeur à marteaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les segments perforés (2.1 à 2.4) peuvent être entraînés à l'aide d'actionneurs hydrauliques ou pneumatiques.
