Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for continuous Separate desired from contained in a stock suspension undesirable substances with the characteristics of the generic term of Claim 1.
  • the invention further relates to a Device for performing the method according to the invention according to the preamble of claim 6.
  • the division of the feed stream of the fiber suspension into partial streams usually happens in such a way that first the inflow of Inlet opening of a more or less far in the direction of flow the fiber suspension extended, as a so-called distributor known flow element is supplied that the fiber suspension then one more or decreasing proportions runs less long route in the distributor, its cross section in terms of the working pressure of the cleaners to achieve the best possible Effect of parallel cleaners in predetermined Dimensions decreases, with in the direction of flow predetermined distance of consecutive points of the distributor one of the partial streams from the feed stream of the fiber suspension branched off for the separation or cleaning process and that finally a remaining, remaining Partial flow of the fiber suspension through the outlet opening of the Distributor removed and fed to this circuit again.
  • Such preconditions are in particular constant, Predefined consistency, constant, predetermined degree of grinding of the fibers contained in the fiber suspension, constant Flow rate of the feed stream to the mentioned Distributor and the greatest possible freedom from vibrations in the Flow.
  • the distribution of the feed stream of the fiber suspension to be processed in partial flows thus takes place under flow conditions, which is the target of fluctuations in throughput, the degree of grinding and the consistency of the fiber suspension and vibrations superimposed on the feed flow, in every moment to the same extent and for their effectiveness optimal conditions for loading the cleaners just not possible.
  • DE-A-29 26 751 shows a device for the excretion of Foreign matter from pulp suspensions, at a central distribution facility is provided with an inlet for the pulp suspension, wherein the flow of the distribution device a plurality of on one level Has distributor connections arranged above the inlet, which the Stock suspension essentially transverse to the vertical axis of the distributor device over a corresponding number of connecting lines in the Cleaning devices, which are vertebral sifters.
  • the pulp suspension gets undamped into the spine separators, in which the heavy substances in the lower area of the spinal sifter are withdrawn and the air bubbles over discharge channels with a very small diameter in the upper one End of the vortex sifter being pulled off while the crop flows into one arranged radially outer collecting area above the vortex classifier be dissipated.
  • the flow behavior can be the fiber suspension as a non-Newtonian liquid get under control to the extent that fluctuations in grinding degree and Density is evenly given to the spinal separator, creating some Initial parameters of cleaning for all vertebral sifters will be comparable.
  • the result of the cleaning changes with the amount of the pressure difference Inlet - outlet in the spinal sifter.
  • DE-A-41 14 668 describes the headbox of a paper machine, the distribution of the pulp suspension in the frontal area of the wet end for example on a fourdrinier wire, which fourdrinier wire the fiber suspension distributed over the surface at an adjustable speed promotes and this withdraws in the further water.
  • the known Headbox includes a distributor, which distributes the stock suspension via distribution lines feeds to a screening plant. The vibrations of the stock suspension are via an air cushion in the distributor, its level and air pressure per Valve is adjustable, damped.
  • the inventive method has the advantage that under Taking into account the non-Newtonian properties of a Fiber or pulp suspension the distribution of the inflow of Suspension under the same conditions for all cleaners both in terms of the inlet pressure of the cleaners as well with regard to parameters such as consistency and degree of grinding for the In the event of changes occurring over time Parameter. This is for the according to the invention Process loaded cleaner created the prerequisite that these always with optimal selectivity and with the best possible Efficiency level work.
  • Vibrations - induced by certain components of the Paper machine such as pumps - as far as possible to dampen and thus the performance of the cleaner to be able to make better use of it is suggested to have a vibration-dampening effect on the fiber suspension. This can be done before the feed flow is divided into Partial flows or also take place afterwards, but preferably according to Claim 4 during the division of the feed stream into the Partial flows.
  • the invention proposes a device for performing of the method according to the invention in front.
  • the drawing shows a distributor 1 for the to be processed or fiber suspension to be cleaned.
  • the distributor 1 has in its basic structure - namely with regard to its damping effect - a certain similarity to that for a liquid flow provided damping device, as in the German patent specification 26 35 360 C3 is described.
  • the too cleaning or processing fiber suspension is the Distributor 1 fed from below via an inlet 2.
  • To the Inlet 2 of the distributor 1 closes at the top diffuser-like expanding transition part 3, which in a cylindrical container 4 merges.
  • a perforated plate Between the transition part 3 and the container 4 of the distributor 1 is in its interior known a perforated plate, not shown provided that together with a in the container 4 under a predetermined pressure held air cushion 5 vibration damping to the fiber suspension in container 4 with acts on the liquid level 6.
  • Levels 7 of the distributor 1 are in a horizontal plane lying connections 8 provided on the distributor 1, of which one line 9 each to the input 10 of one of several, expediently the number of connections 8 on the distributor 1 corresponding number of in the following as cleaner 11 designated hydrocyclones leads.
  • the connections 8 are preferably approximately in a star shape around the container 4 of advantage 1 arranged around this.
  • the cleaners 11 each have an outlet 12 for the accept and a further outlet 13 for the so-called rejects (Bad substance). While at the outputs 12 of the cleaner 11 Acceptable substance lines 14 are connected to the inputs 15 one preferably designed as a cyclone, all cleaners 11 lead common collection container 16 for the accepted material, are the outputs 13 of the cleaners 11 via bad substance lines 17 connected to a manifold 18 for the bad substance.
  • the compact anyway, in close proximity to the cleaners 11 arranged collection container 16 for the accepted material is for reasons a space-saving structure, preferably directly on the Container 4 of the distributor 1 attached.
  • a drain line 19 for the accept that does not shown, other components of the paper machine system or the like, possibly leads to another corresponding one Cleaner arrangement for further processing of the accepted material the fiber suspension.
  • At the reservoir 16 is also useful one going out centrally at the upper end of the collecting container Line 20 is provided, the withdrawal of the so-called light material, possibly also any air contained in the accept serves.
  • the device according to the invention expediently about ring-shaped manifold 18 for the bad substance has an input 21, which does not have another shown line in a conventional manner dilution water is fed.
  • the one with the dilution water diluted pollutant is over the designated 22 Output of the manifold 18 e.g. another, the above-described cleaner arrangement corresponding cleaner arrangement fed for further processing.
