Definitions
- the invention relates to a refuse collection and transport system according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a refuse collection and transport system is known from DE-A-25 58 433 or EP-A-0 220 483, in which both the collecting container or the refuse container and the refuse vehicle itself is divided into several chambers by means of at least one partition that take up different waste fractions.
- the garbage container is emptied when it is emptied by means of a filling fill on the garbage vehicle in such a way that the respective chambers in the garbage container and in the garbage vehicle are associated with one another, i.e. H. the individual garbage fractions also remain separate from one another in the garbage truck.
- This system has become known as a so-called multi-chamber waste system in numerous literature publications (e.g. VDI News No. 45 / November 12, 1976, page 16).
- a refuse vehicle has become known from EP-A-0 220 483, with a transverse wall lying parallel to the rear wall of the refuse vehicle approximately in the middle of the refuse vehicle. If this garbage truck is loaded from the rear, the compartments in the garbage truck are not next to each other, but instead one after the other, so that a conveyor is required, which transports the garbage destined for the front chamber of the garbage truck from the dump opening in the rear wall there.
- a transport device can be a conveyor belt, for example. Since this additional conveyor must be guided through the rear chamber of the refuse collection vehicle, it is usually arranged on the side or top of the refuse collection vehicle in order to take up as little space as possible in the rear compartment of the refuse collection vehicle and not to cause any malfunctions.
- this has the disadvantage that a large loading height is required for emptying the garbage containers or, if the loading height is low, the loading volume in the vehicle is lost.
- the loading routes are very long and therefore dangerous, expensive and structurally very complex.
- the emptying of a refuse container with at least two chambers is also provided in an additional intermediate container, which in turn uses a lifting / tilting device to transfer the contents of at least one chamber of the refuse container via the dump opening into the front storage chamber of the vehicle emptied by means of a conveyor belt.
- the other chamber of the garbage container is directly in the rear area of the garbage truck, i.e. H. emptied into the rear chamber.
- This intermediate container is generally used for collection purposes.
- a multi-chamber waste system which has a vertical partition in the vehicle with a flush opening for this purpose and a partition for a corresponding waste container with an adapted partition in the waste container.
- a partition 7 is provided, which is an extension of the partition of the waste container forms in order to keep the waste fractions separate until they are filled into the refuse vehicle.
- the partition of the waste container is aligned during the filling process with the slide plate in order to connect the upper and lower storage space of the waste vehicle with the upper and lower chamber of the waste container in each case directly.
- the slide plate thus forms a kind of extension of the vehicle partition, so that the vehicle partition and the garbage bin partition are directly assigned to each other.
- This vehicle thus also corresponds to a basic concept as described in DE-A-25 58 433.
- the object of the invention is to improve the known devices and in particular to propose a multi-chamber refuse vehicle in which the transfer of the refuse fractions from the container into the vehicle can take place at an optimal position of the vehicle (storage space), preferably on the rear side, and if possible little storage space for feeding the Fractions in the allocated storage spaces in the vehicle is required. Furthermore, the waste fraction is to be transferred from the container into the vehicle in such a way that the dump opening on the vehicle is largely independent of the arrangement of the partition in the vehicle.
- the garbage collection and transport system has the advantage over the known devices that a basic decoupling of the arrangement of the dump opening on the garbage truck is created from the arrangement of a partition for forming the storage spaces in the garbage truck. Due to the measure that the partition between the storage spaces in the refuse collection vehicle is provided with an intermediate receptacle or feed device passing through it, the pouring opening can be arranged in any region of the loading zone, i.e. the pouring openings only require indirect contact between the chamber of the refuse container and the associated storage space in the garbage truck. The garbage supply of a certain garbage fraction from the chamber in the garbage container to the associated storage space in the garbage truck can therefore be designed irrespective of where the fill opening at the loading zone or the partition is located inside the vehicle. As a result, the fill opening need not be arranged in such a way that it provides direct access to the associated storage spaces.
- the basic idea of the invention is to place the fill opening or a plurality of fill openings completely independently of the arrangement of the partition wall to form the vehicle storage spaces on the vehicle wall, in particular the rear wall.
- two opposite fill openings on the vehicle can be arranged to the right and left of a vertical longitudinal partition through the vehicle.
- the content from at least one chamber of the waste container must then be transported to the other side of the partition of the vehicle.
- the dividing wall can also be designed as a horizontal longitudinal dividing wall, with two bed openings, for example, again being located above or below this dividing wall in the vehicle. Accordingly, there may be one or more fill openings for household refuse containers or a large fill opening for large refuse containers on the vehicle, each fill opening being able to be placed in front of any vehicle storage space.
- the transport of the waste fraction not belonging to this storage space to the respectively adjacent side of the waste vehicle, i.e. H. Storage space belonging to this waste fraction is then done by means of an intermediate receiving device or feed device, which can be designed as an intermediate container, as a connecting shaft, etc.
- this can be an intermediate container, a conveyor, such as a lifting wheel, conveyor belt, bucket elevator or scraper floor or just a simple slide or a chute.
- the waste container prefferably be emptied with respect to one of its chambers directly into the associated storage space of the waste vehicle, which is located behind the loading zone which bears the dump opening.
- the garbage fraction of the garbage container associated with the other storage space of the garbage truck is then transported there, depending on the position of the dumping opening, via a wide variety of transport devices, which will be described in more detail.
- FIG. 1 shows a garbage truck 1 in a rear view, with a vertical partition 2 lying in the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle to form two storage compartments or chambers 3, 4 lying next to one another in the garbage truck 1.
- FIG. 1a is a plan view of FIG 1 shown.
- the chambers or storage spaces 3, 4 can also be formed by two containers.
- the rear wall 5 of the garbage truck serves as a loading wall 5, i.e. H. there are preferably oblique fill openings 6, 7 for the refuse containers 8, 9 arranged.
- the rear wall 5 is separated by the partition 2 into two loading zones 10, 11, behind which the storage spaces 3 and 4 are located in the garbage truck 1.
- the garbage containers 8, 9 also each have a partition 12, which for practical reasons is perpendicular to the rear wall 13 of the garbage container.
- the rear wall 13 contains the lid attachment with the axis of rotation 46 for the lid 47.
- the wheels of the waste container 8, 9 are indicated by reference numeral 48.
- the waste container 8, 9 is divided by the partition 12 into the chambers A, B, the chamber A containing a first waste fraction A and the chamber B containing a second waste fraction B.
- the garbage fraction A is to be introduced into the storage space 3, the garbage fraction B into the storage space 4 of the garbage truck 1.
- the corresponding designation A, B is therefore given in Fig. 1, 1a on the garbage truck. In the prior art, this is usually done by opening the fill openings 6, 7 in this way orders that the partition 12 of the garbage container 8, 9 is aligned with the partition 1 of the pouring opening 6, 7 and this with the partition 2 of the garbage truck.
- the respective chambers or storage spaces for the waste fractions A, B are then immediately one behind the other.
- one or more fill openings 6, 7 should no longer be aligned with the partition 2 of the vehicle, but should be arranged eccentrically to it.
- the fill opening 6 with its two fill openings 15, 16 lies completely in the loading zone 10 of the rear wall 5, behind which there is exclusively the storage space 3 for the waste fraction A, while the fill opening 7 with the two fill openings 15 , 16 is arranged completely on the loading zone 11, behind which there is exclusively the storage space 4 for the fraction B.
- the fraction A of the waste container 8 can accordingly be entered directly into the storage space 3 via the filling opening 15 of the filling opening 6, while the fraction B cannot be fed directly to the storage space 4 for the fraction B via the filling opening 16 of the filling opening 6.
- the filling opening 16 of the filling opening 6 must therefore be assigned an intermediate container 17 which initially receives the fraction B of the refuse container 8 via the filling opening 16 and then transports it into the adjacent storage space 4. This is indicated by arrow 18.
- the pouring opening 7 arranged on the loading zone 11 with the two filling openings 15, 16 must be constructed in such a way that the fraction B of the waste container 9 goes directly into the storage space 4 of the refuse vehicle 1 for the fraction B, while the fraction A of the Garbage container 9 first passes through the fill opening 15 of the fill opening 7 into the intermediate container 19, which must then be emptied into the storage space 3. This transfer is indicated by arrow 20 in Fig. 1.
- the rear wall 5 of the garbage truck 1 is arranged slightly obliquely, so that the loading zones 10, 11 of the rear wall 5 can be seen in FIG. 1a.
- the garbage containers 8, 9 are shown in the rear view (view of the rear wall 13), in Fig. 1a in plan view (view of the lid 47).
- the possibilities of moving the two intermediate containers 17, 19 in Fig. 1, 1a is shown schematically in Fig. 2 and 2a.
- the movement of the intermediate containers 17, 19 can be a translatory or rotating movement, a translatory movement being shown in FIG. 2 and a rotating movement in FIG. 2a.
- the chamber contents with the waste fraction A of the intermediate container 19 have thus reached the storage space 3 of the refuse vehicle from the storage space 4, which is responsible for the waste fraction A.
- the intermediate container 19 can be moved down to position 4, where it serves as an intermediate container 17 for fraction B from the filling opening 16 of the pouring opening 6.
- the intermediate container 17 with the fraction B then moves into the position 1 or position 5 by means of a transverse movement, as a result of which the fraction B can be emptied into the storage space 4 through the flap 21.
- the emptying of fractions A, B is shown with arrow 22.
- FIG. 2a The translatory movement of the intermediate containers 17, 19 shown in FIG. 2 is shown in FIG. 2a as a rotating movement about the center point 23. Positions 1 and 3 in FIG. 2a represent the positions of the intermediate containers 17, 19 shown in FIG. 1. An exchange in the respective other storage space in the vehicle takes place by means of the rotary movement indicated in FIG. 2a according to the arrows 24.
- FIGS. 3, 3a and 3b Another variant of the movement of the intermediate containers 17, 19 is shown in FIGS. 3, 3a and 3b.
- the corresponding sections I-I and II-II are given in the figure legend.
- Storage space 3 again contains fraction A, storage space 4 fraction B of the garbage.
- the respective right filling opening 15 is intended for the waste fraction A and the left filling opening 16 for the waste fraction B.
- a rotating bucket elevator 25 is provided as a transport device for the respective waste fraction A, B from the two fill openings 6, 7, which also rotates around the center point 23, which lies in the longitudinal plane of symmetry or on the partition wall 2 .
- the bucket elevator 25 consists of a multiplicity of cuboid-shaped containers, e.g. B. 26, 27, which are shown in Fig. 3a in the lower (26 ') and the upper (27') position.
- the containers 26, 27 are opened on their side 28 facing the rear wall 5, so that they can each be filled with fraction A or B via the filling openings 15, 16.
- the side 29 of the containers 26, 27 opposite the rear wall 5 can be designed as an opening flap 21, correspondingly as shown in FIG. 2.
- the opening flap 21 then opens in the adjacent storage space after the rotary movement has been carried out.
- the containers 26, 27 are fastened to arms 30, which are fastened to a slewing ring 31 with the central axis 23.
- two stationary guide plates 32, 33 can be provided, which describe approximately an arc of 90 °.
- the guide plate 32 closes the side 29 of the container 26 that is open toward the storage space 3 until it has moved into the lower position 26 ′ along the arrow movement 34. After crossing the partition 2 in the refuse collection vehicle, the side 29 can then open and the fraction B can be emptied into the chamber 4.
- the side 29 of the container 27 remains closed by the baffle 33 along the rotational movement according to arrow 35 until the container 27 with the fraction A transfers from the storage space 4 into the storage space 3 (container 27 ').
- the respective emptying of the fractions A, B is indicated by the arrows 36.
- the guide plates 32, 33 are therefore designed as stationary circular segments which close the respective container 26 or 27 with the fraction A or B not belonging to the storage space 3 or 4 until the container 26, 27 is in the correct storage space .
- the fill openings 6, 7 shown in FIG. 1 are arranged in the two loading zones 10, 11 such that a lateral outer wall 37, 38 is located directly in the plane of the partition 2.
- the fraction B of the fill opening 6 can therefore be emptied directly into the storage space 4 for the fraction B via this outer wall 37. This is shown by arrow 39.
- the filling opening 7 in the loading zone 11 has a filling opening 15 for the fraction A, with a lateral outer wall 38 on the left in FIG.
- FIGS. 5, 5a show a further embodiment of the invention with a refuse vehicle 1 with a horizontal partition 2 ', which divides the refuse vehicle into an upper storage space 3' for receiving the waste fraction A and into a lower storage space 4 'for receiving the waste fraction B.
- the horizontal partition 2 ' extends over the entire length of the garbage truck.
- both fill openings 6, 7 with a vertical partition wall 14 are arranged in the upper loading zone 10 ′, ie the lower region 11 ′ of the rear wall 5 does not contain any fill opening for the refuse containers.
- the fill openings 6, 7 in turn contain filling openings 15, 16 with an intermediate, in the exemplary embodiment, vertical partition 14 for receiving the refuse fractions A, B from the refuse containers 8, 9 (see FIG. 1).
- the filling openings 15 of the two fill openings 6, 7 are each connected directly to the upper storage space 3 ', ie the fraction A can be unloaded directly into the storage space 3' (arrow 41).
- the refuse fraction B is conveyed via the filling opening 16 of the two fill openings 6, 7 via respectively assigned chutes 42 into the storage space 4 'underneath (arrow 43).
- the fractions A and B can be properly fed to the respective storage spaces 3 '4'.
- the two fill openings 6, 7 can also have filling openings 15, 16 lying one above the other with corresponding chamber feeds.
- FIG. 5a shows a side view of the representation according to FIG. 5.
- the same parts are identified by the same reference numerals.
- 5b shows a spatially drawn interior view of a vehicle rear part in an oblique view from the front, which shows a further development or
- the rear area 50 of the refuse collection vehicle 1 can be used in compact refuse collection vehicles, i. H. in garbage vehicles in which the garbage is pressed in, for the purpose of emptying the storage spaces 3 ', 4', are pivoted upward about a horizontal axis 51 (arrow 52).
- the associated dividing line in the side wall is designated 53, in the bottom with reference numeral 54.
- the horizontal axis runs along the vehicle roof 55 cut open in FIG. 5b.
- the horizontal axis of rotation or swiveling axis 51 can also be located on the upper edge of the rear rear wall 5 (axis 51 '), so that the rear wall 5 can be pivoted upwards only for emptying purposes is.
- the rear part of the horizontal partition 2 ' is designed as a loading flap or loading trough 56, as shown in longitudinal section in FIG. 5b.
- the admission flap 56 has a horizontally extending swivel axis 57 or swivel hinge 57, which allows the admission flap to be swiveled into an upper position 56 'shown in broken lines or also a lower position 56'', also indicated.
- the latter is e.g. B. useful for emptying the upper storage space 3 ', while the lower storage space 4' is closed.
- the upward pivoting movement requires an underlying space which can be bridged, for example, with a flexible rubber lip 67 or the like.
- the clearing flap or loading trough 56 is inclined downwards relative to the partition 2 'by an angle ⁇ ⁇ 10-50 °, the end region 58 of the loading trough 56 pivoting in an arc into the horizontal plane.
- the throwing surface 59 for the fraction A from the storage space A of the waste container 8, 9 is located at a height h below the supporting surface 60 on the partition 2 '.
- the fill opening 15, 16 on the garbage truck 1 can be offset in height. Accordingly, if one wants to move the fill openings 6, 7 further down on the rear wall 5 of the vehicle 1, this can be done by a downward limitation of the rear part of the partition 2 '.
- the horizontal partition 2 'of the vehicle 1 in the rear area can also be rigid, i. H. be designed without a pivot hinge 57, which is indicated in principle by dashed lines in FIG. 5a with reference numeral 56.
- a rigid loading trough 56 formed in this way can then - like the receiving space 4 '' (see FIG. 5b) located below - be emptied with the usual clearing devices, not shown here, so that the waste gets into the actual storage spaces 3 ', 4' .
- the solution shown in FIG. 5b of a pivotable loading trough 56 for loading the upper storage space 3 'with the fraction A represents a particularly weight-saving solution for the transportation of the waste.
- This embodiment saves a special clearing device and at the same time serves to empty the lower one Storage space 4 'to keep the upper storage space 3' closed, so that a cleanly separated unloading of the respective waste fractions A, B from the storage spaces 3 ', 4' is possible.
- loading pan 56 is swiveled up to position 56 ' this serves as a distribution flap for fraction A in the upper storage space 3 'and can at the same time be used to compact the waste in this storage space.
- the vehicle according to the arrangement in FIG. 5b also has a shaft or discharge chute 42, which has the filling opening 16 of the bed 6, 7 for feeding the refuse fraction B from the refuse container 8, 9 to the lower storage space 4 'connects.
- the dropping process is shown by arrow 43.
- the pivotable or also rigid loading trough 56 has a correspondingly shaped recess 62, so that the waste fraction B can fall down into the storage space 4 '.
- a correspondingly shaped cover plate 63 is firmly attached to the side vehicle wall and closes the recess 62 in this position. Without the cover plate 63, garbage from the storage space 3 'could otherwise fall through to the rear.
- the rear rear wall 5 is designed as a vertical or almost vertical rear wall.
- the two filling openings 15, 16 of the fill opening 6, 7 are designed to be inclined obliquely to the rear wall 5 towards the rear by the angle ⁇ ⁇ 45 °, so that they protrude obliquely to the rear and enable the waste containers 8, 9 to be placed at an appropriate angle.
- the filling openings 15, 16 are then connected to the through openings 65, 66 in the rear wall 5 via the wall sections 64.
- the oblique filling openings 15, 16 are therefore behind the actual vertical rear wall 5.
- the lower loading area 61 can optionally also be designed to be pivotable, where the same shaft can be used for a top suspension of a clearing device.
- FIGS. 1 to 5 can also be carried out in the case of a refuse container 8, 9 with a partition wall 12 which is not perpendicular to the axis of rotation 46 of the lid 47 of the refuse container, but e.g. B. is arranged parallel to this.
- the partition 14 of the bulk material openings 6, 7 would be arranged offset by 90 °.
- a further development of the present invention provides that in special cases the entire content, i. H. both fraction A and fraction B of a waste container 8, 9 can be completely emptied into one of the storage spaces 3, 4 (see, for example, FIG. 1).
- the partition wall 14 of the fill openings 6, 7 can occasionally be used removed, folded or moved so that the fractions A, B are brought together and transferred to the chamber 4 via the intermediate container 17.
- the filling opening 15 of the fill opening 6 must remain closed so that the fraction A does not get into the chamber A.
- the partition 14 is also temporarily removed and the access to the intermediate container 19 is closed.
- each filler opening 15, 16 of the respective fill openings 6, 7 can then be adapted, for example, to the overall opening of the refuse container 8, 9, so that the entire contents of the refuse container can be emptied into a single filler opening 15, 16.
- a lateral displacement of the filling openings 15, 16 is also possible in order to adapt to the desired waste container chamber.
- the invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiment described and illustrated. Rather, it also includes all professional developments and modifications without their own inventive content.
