Abstract
Un dispositif (1), permettant de produire du gaz à partir de combustibles solides par réduction d'air, est équipé des dispositifs traditionnels (2, 3, 4, 9, 20, 22) notamment d'admission et d'émission. Ledit dispositif se caractérise par une chambre de combustion (14) ayant la forme d'un tronc de cône à double enveloppe dont l'extrémité large est en amont et comprenant une partie conique (6) disposée près de la chambre (4) contenant le combustible, deux parties coniques (7 et 8) qui protègent ladite partie conique (6), la partie interne (7) se composant d'un matériau céramique et la partie externe (8) étant soudée à la chambre (4) contenant le combustible. La chambre de combustion comprend également un organe (17) composé d'un matériau céramique, servant de support aux restes de matériau gazéifié et monté sur une plaque (18) ou autre, laquelle est montée de façon réglable et rotative verticalement et horizontalement. Ladite chambre de combustion (14) est également pourvue d'au moins deux organes réglables (16) permettant l'admission d'air primaire à travers le couvercle de la chambre de combustion (14). La partie conique (6) est montée de façon à pouvoir vibrer verticalement grâce à deux arbres (25), la distance entre l'organe (17) qui sert de support aux restes de matériau et la partie inférieure des parties coniques de protection (7 et 8) est conçue de manière à permettre la régulation appropriée de l'alimentation en combustibles, de la vitesse de gazéification et de l'expulsion des cendres au moyen d'un dispositif de direction non représenté.A device (1), making it possible to produce gas from solid fuels by reducing air, is equipped with traditional devices (2, 3, 4, 9, 20, 22), in particular of intake and emission. Said combustion chamber (14) is also provided with at least two adjustable members (16) allowing the admission of primary air through the cover of the combustion chamber (14). The conical part (6) is mounted so as to be able to vibrate vertically by means of two shafts (25), the distance between the member (17) which serves to support the remains of material and the lower part of the conical protection parts (7 and 8) is designed so as to allow the proper regulation of the fuel supply, the rate of gasification and the expulsion of the ash by means of a steering device not shown.
