Description

- Fig. 2 in einer Teildarstellung eine gegenüber Fig. 1 abgewandelte Ausführungsform der Richtbiegovorrichtung, wobei das Gegenwerkzeug durch einen Hohlreifen gebildet wird.

Die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Vorrichtung dient dazu, von einem aus einem Baumstamm 19 erzeugten Kantholz auf beiden Seiten Bretter 10 oder ähnliche flache Holzerzeugnisse spanlos abzutrennen. Der Holzstamm 19 wird durch (nicht dargestellte) Transporteinrichtungen in seiner Längsrichtung vorgeschoben und an seinen beiden gegenüberliegenden Seiten durch Fräser 2o glattgefräst. Von der so erhaltenen ebenen Außenfläche wird durch Messer 21 an beiden Seiten jeweils ein Brett 10 spanlos abgetrennt. Die Messer 21 führen hierzu Schwingbewegungen aus. Jeweils ein Andrückwerkzeug 22 drückt in der Nähe der Schneide der Messer 21 gegen die Holzaußenseite, wodurch der Abtrennvorgang günstig beeinflußt und zugleich eine genaue Führung des Holzstammes 19 bzw. des daraus hergestellten Models oder Kantholzes erzielt wird.The device shown in FIG. 1 is used by a squared timber produced from a
Die spanlos abgetrennten Bretter 10, die - wie in Fig. 1 deutlich dargestellt - eine nach außen gerichtete Krümmung infolge des Abtrennvorgangs aufweisen, werden jeweils einer Richtbiegevorrichtung zugeführt und von dieser geradegerichtet, so daß gerade Bretter 10 die Vorrichtung verlassen. Im (nicht dargestellten) Maschinengestell jeder der beiden Richtbiegevorrichtungen ist eine Gurtrolle 2 drehbar gelagert. Sie wird von einem im Maschinengestell angeordneten, vorzugsweise drehzahlregelbaren Motor angetrieben. Eine zweite Gurtrolle 5 ist drehbar am Ende eines im Maschinengestell gelagerten Schwenkarms 7 gelagert. Ein sich am Maschinengestell abstützender Hydraulikzylinder 8 ist mit seiner Kolbenstange am Schwenkarm 7 angelenkt. Über die Gurtrollen 2 und 5 läuft ein endloser Gurt 9, der beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel als Gummigurt mit einer Gewebeeinlage ausgeführt ist.The
