Производят измельчение навески винпоцетина, пирацетама, кислоты янтарной или ее фармацевтически приемлемой соли, кислоты аскорбиновой, натрия метабисульфата. Далее просеивают через сито и помещают в мерную колбу объемом 1000 мл. Прибавляют 400 мл воды для инъекций, растворяют смесь при комнатной температуре, рН доволят до значения не более 4,0 с помощью 0,1 М раствора кислоты хлористо-водородной. Затем доводят объем раствора водой дистиллированной до 1 л и перемешивают. Получают раствор для инъекций, содержащий 0,1-0,5 мас.% винпоцетина и 5-40 мас.% пирацетама в качестве активных ингредиентов и вспомогательные вещества.
