Топливо может дополнительно содержать углеродсодержащий материал, выбранный из отходов смол, целлюлозы, древесины или углеродного материала в количестве от 0 до 27 мас.%. Твердое топливо, полученное таким способом, имеет улучшенные характеристики горения по сравнению с известными материалами.The invention relates to solid fuel in the form of logs, which consists mainly of a synthetic material obtained by mixing in a molten state: a) thermoplastic resin with high molecular weight, density from 0.8 to 1.0 g/cm and melting point , equal to or less than 230°C, in an amount from 70 to 97 wt.%, b) a resin with a low molecular weight in an amount from 3 to 30 wt.%, c) a blowing agent selected from organic or inorganic compounds in an amount from 0, 02 to 0.5 moles per kg of thermoplastic resin (a), pressing this molten mixture through the matrix and cutting the pressed mass into cylindrical pieces. The fuel may further contain a carbonaceous material selected from waste resins, cellulose, wood or carbonaceous material in an amount of from 0 to 27% by weight. Solid fuel obtained in this way has improved combustion characteristics compared to known materials.
