Lægemiddeldispenseringsanordning (100), der omfatter: et hus (102); mindst fire sensorer (212a til 212g); og en cylindrisk del (406), der er understøttet i huset, hvor den ydre overflade af den cylindriske del er forsynet med et spiralformet spor (300), hvilket spiralformede spor omfatter sporsegmenter af en første type (302) og sporsegmenter af en anden type (304), hvor den første og anden type sporsegment er i stand til at inducere henholdsvis første og anden responser i sensorerne; hvor: det spiralformede spor har en breddedimension (W); det spiralformede spor over dets bredde indbefatter mindst ét sporsegment af den første type og mindst ét sporsegment af den anden type i en flerhed af positioner langs længden af det spiralformede spor; anordningen er konfigureret, således at det spiralformede spor i en første fase af en lægemiddeldispenseringsfunktion bevæges aksialt, uden rotation, i forhold til sensorerne mellem en første position og en anden position, og sporet i en anden fase af lægemiddeldispenseringsfunktionen udfører en spiralbevægelse i forhold til sensorerne fra den anden position; og responser, der induceres i sensorerne ved hjælp af sporsegmenterne af det spiralformede spor, er forskellige i den første position sammenlignet med responser, der induceres i sensorerne ved hjælp af det spiralformede spor i den anden position.
2. Anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor sensorerne er indrettet til at få et respons induceret ved hjælp af en første og anden flerhed af sporsegmenterne, når det spiralformede spor er i henholdsvis den første og anden position i forhold til sensorerne.
3. Anordning ifølge krav 2, hvor mindst ét sporsegment i den første flerhed af sporsegmenter er af en anden type sammenlignet med sporsegmenterne i den anden flerhed af sporsegmenter.
4. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor anordningen er konfigureret, således at det spiralformede spor kan bevæges i forhold til sensorerne langs første og anden spiralformede baner, der er aksialt forskudt i forhold til hinanden.
5. Anordning ifølge krav 4, hvor anordningen er konfigureret, således at responser, der under brug induceres i sensorerne ved hjælp af sporsegmenterne, når det spiralformede spor bevæges langs den første spiralformede bane, er forskellige fra de responser, der induceres i sensorerne ved hjælp af sporsegmenterne, når det spiralformede spor bevæges langs den anden spiralformede bane.
6. Anordning ifølge krav 4 eller 5, hvor anordningen er konfigureret, således at det spiralformede spor i den første fase af lægemiddeldispenseringsfunktionen bevæges aksialt, uden rotation, i forhold til flerheden af sensorer mellem en første position, der er placeret på den første spiralformede bane, og en anden position, der er placeret på den anden spiralformede bane, og det spiralformede spor i den anden fase af lægemiddeldispenseringsfunktionen bevæges langs den anden spiralformede bane.
7. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor anordningen har otte sensorer.
8. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor det spiralformede spor omfatter et første sporsegment af den første type i en første placering på bredden af det spiralformede spor i hele længden af det spiralformede spor og et andet sporsegment af den anden type i en anden placering på bredden af det spiralformede spor i hele længden af det spiralformede spor.
9. Anordning ifølge krav 8, hvor det første sporsegment er i stand til at inducere et første respons i en sensor, når det spiralformede spor er i den første position i forhold til sensorerne, og det andet sporsegment er i stand til at inducere et andet respons i sensoren, når det spiralformede spor er i den anden position i forhold til sensorerne.
10. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der yderligere omfatter en detektor til detektering af, når en dosis indstilles, og når en indstillet dosis er blevet helt dispenseret, hvilken detektor er i stand til at forårsage, at der tilføres kraft til sensorerne, når en dosis indstilles, og til at forårsage, at der ikke tilføres kraft til sensorerne, når en indstillet dosis er blevet helt dispenseret.
11. Anordning ifølge krav 10, hvor detektoren omfatter en første og anden del af en todels-mekanisme, hvor den første del er placeret på den cylindriske del, idet detektoren er konfigureret, således at den første og anden del deraf kun går i indgreb med hinanden, når en dosis er blevet indstillet eller en indstillet dosis er blevet helt dispenseret.
12. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der yderligere omfatter en processor, der er konfigureret til at modtage og tolke elektriske signaler fra hver af sensorerne til bestemmelse af positionen af den cylindriske del i forhold til huset.
13. Anordning ifølge krav 12, hvor processoren er konfigureret til at bestemme en valgt lægemiddeldosis ved søgning i en søgetabel, der tilvejebringer en omregning mellem en position af den cylindriske del i forhold til huset og en valgt lægemiddeldosis.
14. Anordning ifølge krav 12 eller 13, hvor processoren er konfigureret til at bestemme en funktionstilstand for lægemiddeldispenseringsanordningen ved søgning i en søgetabel, der tilvejebringer en omregning mellem en position af den cylindriske del i forhold til huset og en funktionstilstand for lægemiddeldispenseringsanordningen.
