Claims (9)
1. System, der omfatter et optisk dekodersystem og en lægemiddeldispenseringsanordning (100), der omfatter et hus, der indeholder en første roterbar komponent (302) og en anden roterbar komponent (304), hvilket optiske dekodersystem omfatter: en første optisk sensor (212), der er konfigureret til at blive rettet mod den første roterbare komponent; en anden optisk sensor (214), der er konfigureret til at blive rettet mod den anden roterbare komponent; og en processor (202), der er konfigureret til at: modtage signaler fra den første optiske sensor, hvor signalerne fra den første optiske sensor angiver kodede dosisværdier, der er til stede på den første roterbare komponent; modtage signaler fra den anden optiske sensor, hvor signalerne fra den anden optiske sensor angiver, om den anden roterbare komponent roterer eller ikke roterer; og bestemme ud fra de modtagne signaler, om lægemiddeldispenseringsanordningen er i en lægemiddeldosis-indstillingstilstand eller en lægemiddeldosis dispenseringstilstand, hvor den første roterbare komponent er indrettet til at rotere og translatere i forhold til den første optiske sensor, når lægemiddeldispenseringsanordningen er i lægemiddeldosis- indstillingstilstanden og i lægemiddeldosis dispenseringstilstanden; og den anden roterbare komponent er indrettet til at rotere og translatere i forhold til den anden optiske sensor, når lægemiddeldispenseringsanordningen er i lægemiddeldosis- indstillingstilstanden, og kun at translatere, når lægemiddeldispenseringsanordningen er i lægemiddeldosis dispenseringstilstanden .
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor processoren er yderligere konfigureret til at bestemme en lægemiddeldosis, der er blevet dispenseret, og at foranledige, at en registrering af den dispenserede dosis lagres i en hukommelse (204, 205).
3. System ifølge krav 2, hvor processoren er konfigureret til at bestemme den lægemiddeldosis, der er blevet dispenseret, ved anvendelse af signaler modtaget fra den første optiske sensor.
4. System ifølge krav 2 eller krav 3, hvor det optiske dekodersystem yderligere omfatter en display-anordning (210), og hvor processoren er konfigureret til at foranledige, at display-anordningen viser en indikation for lægemiddeldosen, der er blevet dispenseret.
5. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor det optiske dekodersystem yderligere omfatter en eller flere LED'er (216), der er konfigureret til at belyse dele af den første og/eller anden roterbare komponent.
6. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor det optiske dekodersystem yderligere omfatter en omskifter (800), og hvor en ændring i omskifterens tilstand er konfigureret til at foranledige, at den første og anden optiske sensor aktiveres.
7. System ifølge krav 6, hvor lægemiddeldispenseringsanordningen og omskifteren er konfigureret til at blive anbragt, således at omskifterens tilstand ændres, når lægemiddeldispenseringsanordningen bevæges fra en nulenheds-lægemiddeldosisindretning til en enkeltenheds-lægemiddeldosisindretning.
8. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor det optiske dekodersystem er indeholdt i lægemiddeldispenseringsanordningens hus.
9. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor det optiske dekodersystem er en del af en hjælpeanordning, der er konfigureret til at blive fastgjort til lægemiddeldispenseringsanordningen.
