Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verpackungsbeutel aus flexiblem Material, bei dem zumindest eines der beiden Beutelenden von einem Kreuz- oder Klotzboden mit paarweise einander gegenüberliegenden Eckeinschlägen und Bodenseitenumschlägen geschlossen ist, der zum Tragen des Beutels im gefüllten Zustand mit einem Traggriff in Form eines in Bodenlängsrichtung etwa in der äußeren Bodenebene verlaufenden, mit seinen Endbereichen am Boden festgelegten GriffStreifens mit einer von Hand vom Boden abziehbaren Tragschlaufe versehen ist.The invention relates to a packaging bag made of flexible material, in which at least one of the two bag ends is closed by a cross or block base with corner folds and bottom side folds lying opposite one another in pairs, which is provided with a carrying handle in the form of a handle strip running in the longitudinal direction of the base approximately in the outer base plane, with its end regions fixed to the base, with a carrying loop that can be pulled off the base by hand, for carrying the bag when filled.

Ein in dieser V/eise ausgebildeter Verpackungsbeutel ist im Hinblick auf eine Entsorgung der leeren Verpackungsbeutel nach Gebrauch des Füllgutes auf dem Wege insbesondere der Kompostierung und Wiederverwertung im sog. Recycling unproblematisch, da ein solcher Verpackungsbeutel aus artgleichen Materialen besteht, die keinen Störfaktor in den Recyclingprozeß eintragen. Aus dem gleichen Grunde können dabei auch die ggf. Als nächstes werden in einer Arbeitsstation IV die ihrerseits vorgeformten Griffstreifen 10 mit der eingelegten Z-förmigen Materialspeicherfalte 21 quer zur Längsrichtung der Flachbahn 32 auf die Verstärkungsstreifen 37 in mit den Freilegeöffnungen 30 fluchtender Ausrichtung mit Hilfe geeigneter Klebstoffaufträge durch eine Auflegewalze 40 aufgebracht. Sodann erfolgt in einer Arbeitsstation V mittels einer Quertrennvorrichtung 41 eine Unterteilung der Flachbahn 32 durch mittig zwischen den Freilegeöffnungen 30 bzw. den Griffstreifen 10 verlaufende Quertrennlinien 42 in die einzelnen Traggriffeinheiten 31, deren Breite der des Klotzbodens 5 des seinerseits bereits vorgefertigten Verpackungsbeutels 1 entsprechen kann; jedoch kann die Breite und/oder die Länge der Traggriffeinheit 31 ggf. auch kleiner als die Bodenbreite und/oder -länge gewählt werden.In a subsequent work station II, longitudinal adhesive strips 35 are applied to the flat web 32 on both sides of the exposure openings 30 using an adhesive application device 36. Formböden von Verpackungsbeuteln in Betracht, sondern auch Wandbereiche solcher Verpackungsbeutel, die sich zum Tragen der gefüllten Verpackung anbieten, wie auch die Verpackung bzw. das Verpackungsbehältnis selbst nicht notwendigerweise aus Papier, Kunststoff oder dgl. flexiblem Material bestehen muß, sondern aus anderen Packstoffen, zum Beispiel Karton, bestehen kann.
