Gegenstand der Erfindung ist des Weiteren auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Folienverpackungsbeutels. Der Folienverpackungsbeutel ist insbesondere zum Verpacken von schüttfƤhigen Gütern, wie beispielsweise pelletierte Tiernahrung, Waschmittel, Katzenstreu, Streusalz oder auch pulvrige oder auch kƶrnige Baumaterialien geeignet. In Fig. 1 ist ein Folienverpackungsbeutel 1 mit von einer Beutelfolie 2 gebildeten BeutelflƤchen dargestellt. Der Folienverpackungsbeutel 1 ist als Seitenfaltenbeutel mit zwei FrontflƤchen 3 ausgebildet, wobei ein Tragegriff 4 etwa mittig an einer der die FrontflƤchen 3 randseitig verbindenden Seitenfalten 5 angeordnet ist. Der Tragegriff 4 weist einen Folienstreifen 6 mit einem Griffabschnitt 7 auf, wobei der Griffabschnitt 7 durch das Ćffnen einer SchwƤchungslinie oder Perforation 8 freigegeben wird. Der von der SchwƤchungslinie oder Perforation 8 begrenzte Folienabschnitt 9 der Beutelfolie 2 ist mit dem Griffabschnitt 7, vorzugsweise durch HeiĆsiegeln oder Kleben, verbunden. An dem Folienverpackungsbeutel 1 ist an einer Seite zwischen den FrontflƤchen 3 ein Wiederverschluss 10 angeordnet.In Fig. 1, a film packaging bag 1 is shown formed by a

Die Streifenenden 13 überlappen sich abschnittsweise und sind einerseits mit den Endabschnitten 12 des TrƤgerblattes 11 und andererseits über eine Lage des TrƤgerblattes 11 miteinander durch SiegelnƤhte 14 verbunden. Der Folienstreifen 6 bildet dabei eine geschlossene Schlaufe, wodurch eine sehr hohe Traglast des Tragegriffes 4 erreicht wird. Das TrƤgerblatt 11 und der Folienstreifen 6 sind an der Beutelinnenseite von einem Verschlussblatt 15 vollstƤndig abgedeckt. Beim Tragen des Folienverpackungsbeutels 1 an dem Tragegriff 4 wird die Gewichtskraft des Folienverpackungsbeutels 1 von dem Folienstreifen 6 auf das TrƤgerblatt 11 verteilt, wobei das TrƤgerblatt 11 direkt oder über das Verschlussblatt 15 seitlich des Folienstreifens 6 mit der Beutelinnenseite verbunden ist. Die Traglast wird dabei entlang der in LƤngsrichtung verlaufenden SiegelnƤhte 14 verteilt, so dass auch bei groĆen Traglasten ein AusreiĆen des Tragegriffs 4 vermieden werden kann.Fig. 2 shows a sectional view taken along the line AA of Fig. 1, but the

Die erste Materialbahn 16 und die zweite Materialbahn 16' werden abschnittsweise durch HeiĆsiegelnƤhte 14 verbunden, wobei anschlieĆend einzelne TrƤgerblƤtter 11 mit jeweils einem Folienstreifen 6 abgelƤngt werden. Das AblƤngen erfolgt dabei derart, dass die SiegelnƤhte 14, mit denen ein TrƤgerblatt 11 mit einem Folienstreifen 6 verbunden wird, an den Streifenenden 13 und den Endabschnitten 12 des TrƤgerblattes 11 angeordnet sind. Nachfolgend werden die Endabschnitte 12 des TrƤgerblattes 11 und die Streifenenden 13 des Folienstreifens 6 auf einen Mittelabschnitt des TrƤgerblattes 11 gefaltet, wobei sich die Streifenenden 13 abschnittsweise überlappen und an der Ćberlappungsstelle miteinander versiegelt werden. Nachfolgend werden der Folienstreifen 6 und das TrƤgerblatt 11 auf ein Verschlussblatt 15 aufgelegt, wobei das TrƤgerblatt 11 auf das Verschlussblatt 15 aufgesiegelt wird. Das TrƤgerblatt 11 und das Verschlussblatt 15 werden nachfolgend mit QuersiegelnƤhten 18 und LƤngssiegelnƤhten 19, die seitlich des Folienstreifens 6 verlaufen, mit einer Beutelfolie 2 verbunden. Die Beutelfolie 2 wurde zuvor im Bereich des Griffabschnittes 7 des Folienstreifens 6 mit in LƤngsrichtung verlaufenden Einschnitten 20 und die Einschnitte 20 verbindenden Perforationslinien 21 versehen, wobei bei dem Aufsiegeln des Verschlussblattes 15 und des TrƤgerblattes 11 auch der von den Perforationslinien 21 und den Einschnitten 20 begrenzte Folienabschnitte 9 der Beutelfolie 2 mit einem Haftklebstoff 22 mit dem Griffabschnitt 7 verbunden wird. Nachfolgend wird durch Falten, Siegeln und Zuschneiden der Beutelfolie 2 ein Folienverpackungsbeutel 1 derart geformt, dass das TrƤgerblatt 11 und das Verschlussblatt 15 an der Beutelinnenseite angeordnet sind.
