Abstract

La invención se refiere a formulaciones farmacéuticas sólidas para administración oral realizadas a partir de compuestos con baja biodisponibilidad intrínseca, un polímero hinchable en agua y un granulado pre-compactado de polivinilpolipirrolidona reticulada. Dichas formulaciones exhiben un comportamiento de desintegración rápida, mejorando la biodisponibilidad del ingrediente activo. La invención también se refiere al proceso para preparar dichas formulaciones farmacéuticas.
