Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种适用高温重载散状固体物料输送设备的槽式输送机的主动链轮，特别是涉及一种方便更换的槽式输送机的链轮结构。它包括轮齿(3)和轮毂(5)，其中轮齿(3)与轮毂(5)为分体结构，轮齿(3)镶嵌在轮毂(5)上。采用本结构的输送设备，检修维护方便、缩短维修周期、提高设备的运转率、降低设备运行成本。其特点轮齿磨损后可快速更换，彻底改变了过去传动链轮磨损后整体更换的方式。

本实用新型涉及一种适用高温重载散状固体物料输送设备的槽式输送机的主动链轮，特别是涉及一种方便更换的槽式输送机的链轮结构。
背景技术
槽式输送机是一种氧化铝厂烧成车间用于输送氧化铝熟料的设备。该设备由于粉尘污染使工作环境恶劣，至使传动系统中主动链轮轮齿部分磨损严重，如图1所示为现有槽式输送机的传动系统结构示意图，当主动整体链轮7的轮齿磨损到一定程度时，该设备将不能正常使用，此时必须更换链轮。传统的槽式输送机的主动链轮为整体结构，如图2所示，更换时需整体拆出整体链轮7。要想拆出链轮必须首先拆出与其相关联的部分，即传动链条、联轴器、轴承座、轴承8等，链轮才能从传动轴6上卸下来。整个检修过程劳动强度大、费用高、维修周期长。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种新型的可快速更换的链轮结构，目的是解决槽式输送机在检修链轮时需要将与链轮相关联的传动链条、联轴器、轴承座、轴承等先拆除，使整个检修过程劳动强度大、费用高、维修周期长的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是这样实现的：可快速更换的链轮结构，它包括轮齿和轮轂，其中轮齿与轮毂为分体结构，轮齿镶嵌在轮毂上。
所述的轮齿是通过压紧环、固定螺栓镶嵌在轮毂上。
所述的轮齿是多个单齿镶嵌在轮毂上。
所述的轮齿是多齿分组镶嵌在轮毂上。
所述的轮齿由两组或两组以上部件组成。
本实用新型的优点和效果如下：
本实用新型由于将轮齿与轮毂设计成分体结构，轮齿镶嵌在轮毂上，当轮齿磨损后只需拆开螺栓、螺母，而无需更换轮轂部分，便可很容易的更换轮齿。这不仅减少了维修工人的劳动强度、降低了配件的制造成本，也大大缩短维修周期，同时提高了设备的运转率。轮齿在纵向截面上具有对称性，当一侧磨损严重后，可通过不同的安装方式改变轮齿的受力面，增加轮齿一倍的使用寿命。本实用新型彻底改变了过去链轮磨损后整体更换的方式。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图3对本实用新型作进一步详细说明，但本实用新型的保护范围不受实施例所限。
如图3所示，槽式输送机链轮为分体组合结构。其具体结构如下：它包括轮齿3和轮轂5，轮齿3与轮毂5为分体结构，轮齿3通过压紧环4、固定的螺栓1、螺母2镶嵌在轮毂5上。轮齿3可以是多个单齿镶嵌在轮毂5上，也可以是多齿分组镶嵌在轮毂5上。
上述轮齿3可以由两组或两组以上部件组成。检修更换轮齿3时，只需拆开螺栓1、螺母2便可很容易的卸下轮齿3部件。轮齿3在纵向截面上具有对称性，当一侧磨损严重后，可通过不同的安装方式改变轮齿3的受力面，增加轮齿一倍的使用寿命。

1、可快速更换的链轮结构，它包括轮齿(3)和轮轂(5)，其特征在于轮齿(3)与轮毂(5)为分体结构，轮齿(3)镶嵌在轮毂(5)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可快速更换的链轮结构，其特征在于所述的轮齿(3)是通过压紧环(4)、固定螺栓(1)镶嵌在轮毂(5)上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的可快速更换的链轮结构，其特征在于所述的轮齿(3)是多个单齿镶嵌在轮毂(5)上。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的可快速更换的链轮结构，其特征在于所述的轮齿(3)是多齿分组镶嵌在轮毂(5)上。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的可快速更换的链轮结构，其特征在于所述的轮齿(3)由两组或两组以上部件组成。
