具体实施方式
图1示出了采矿机10,比如连续采矿机。在所示实施例中,采矿机10包括框架或底盘18、可枢转地联接至底盘18的悬臂22,以及支撑在悬臂22上的刀头26。底盘18可被支撑,以通过牵引机构(例如,履带30)而相对于支撑表面(未示出)运动。
如图1和图2所示,收集机构或收集头34位于底盘18的第一端或前端38附近,输送机42从底盘18的前端38朝向底盘18的第二或后端46以连续的环形延伸。收集头34位于刀头26下方,并包括平台50和一对旋转臂54,该旋转臂54接合被切除的物料并将其引导至输送机42上。传送器42将切割材料从前端38朝向底盘18的后端46(图1)传送、从刀头26下方的区域向靠近底盘18的后端46定位的另一输送机或运输机(未示出)运输。
如图2所示,输送机42是链式输送机,该链式输送机由以连续的环形顺序连接的链节形成。输送机42沿链盘或平台58驱动切削物料。输送机42由驱动组件驱动,该驱动组件包括位于底盘18的收集头34附近的轴62。如图3所示,轴62相对于底盘18(图2)横向布置并被驱动(例如,通过一个或多个电机)来相对于底盘18旋转。链轮66接合并移动输送机42,以及固定至轴62。
图4和图5示出了形成输送机42的链条82的单元。在所示实施例中,链条82包括第一链节或刮板链节86、第二链节或连接链节90、将刮板链节86联接至连接链节90的联接器链节或旋转链节94,以及从刮板链节86向外横向定位的刮板或刮板条98。另一个旋转链节94可将连接链节90联接至另一个刮板链节(未示出),因此输送机链条82可包括交替的刮板链节和连接链节的序列,其中每个均通过旋转链节彼此结合。在其他实施例中,链条82可包括不同序列的链节,例如,多个连接链节可位于一个刮板链节和后续刮板链节之间。链节的各种排列是可能的。
在所示实施例中,刮板链节86包括一对凸耳或侧部106(第一侧部106a和第二侧部106b)和在侧部106的内表面之间延伸的桥接部分110。每个侧部106包括延伸穿过每个侧部106的内表面和外表面的一对孔114。
如图5所示,刮板链节86还包括一对刮板销122,每个刮板销122从侧部106中的一个侧部的外表面向外延伸。在所示实施例中,刮板销122彼此对齐(即沿公共轴线),刮板销122中的每个刮板销均位于链条销222之间(如下进一步详细所述)。换句话说,刮板销122相对于输送机42的行进方向126侧向或横向延伸。刮板销122中的每个刮板销位于侧部106的相关的孔114之间。在所示实施例中,刮板条98联接至刮板销122中的一个刮板销(例如,通过螺栓130和螺母134)。每个刮板销122的链轮接合部分或驱动部分138位于侧部106和相关的刮板条98之间。在所示实施例中,每个刮板销122的端部142位于刮板条98中的一个刮板的开口146内。
如图5所示,每个连接链节90包括一对凸耳或侧部170(第一侧部170a和第二侧部170b)和在侧部170的内表面之间延伸的桥接部分174。每个侧部170包括延伸穿过每个侧部170的内表面和外表面的一对孔178。另外,驱动销182从每个侧部170的外表面向外延伸。换句话说,每个驱动销182相对链条82的行进方向126侧向或横向延伸。每个驱动销182位于侧部170的相关的孔178之间。链轮66(图3)接合驱动销182和刮板销122的驱动部分138,以驱动链条82。在所示实施例中,连接链节90的桥接部分174包括开口186。
再次参考图5,旋转链节94包括第一端190、第二端194和一对开口198,该一对开口198从旋转链节94的一侧横向延伸至旋转链节94的另一相对侧。旋转链节纵向轴线200在第一端190和第二端194之间延伸。在标称操作条件下,旋转链节纵向轴线200与链条82的行进方向126对齐。在所示实施例中,旋转链节94形成为垂直开放链链节,其中通过角撑板或加固构件202来分离开口198。每个旋转链节94还包括一对支撑构件或轴承,比如球形轴承206。每个轴承206位于凹口210(图5)中,凹口210形成在旋转链节94的开口198中的相关的一个开口中。
开口198中的一个开口与连接链节90的侧部170中的平行孔178对齐,而其他开口198则与刮板链节86的侧部106中的平行孔114对齐。第一连接销或第一链销214插入穿过连接链节侧部170的孔178并穿过旋转链节94的一个开口198,从而将旋转链节94联接至连接链节90。类似地,第二连接销或第二链条销222插入穿过刮板链节侧部106的孔114并穿过旋转链节94的其他开口198,从而将旋转链节94联接至刮板链节86。链条销214、222中的每个链条销被支撑,从而通过位于连接的旋转链节94中的其中一个轴承206来相对于旋转链节94进行枢转运动。
在所示实施例中,第一链条销214在第一横向方向上插入并穿过连接链节侧部170,而第二链条销222则在与第一横向方向相对的第二横向方向上插入穿过刮板链节侧部106。通过保持器(例如,自锁保持环,未示出)固定链条销214、222,以防止相对于连接链节90和刮板链节86运动。另外,在一些实施例中,侧部170中的一个侧部的一个侧边可包括具有直径减小的孔178b,使得每个销214仅可从连接链节90的一侧插入至另一侧。刮板销孔114可通过类似方式构造。
图6和图7示出了轴62和固定至轴62的链轮66。在所示实施例中,每个链轮66包括四个链齿或凸耳70,该四个链齿或凸耳围绕轴62的周长以相等的角度间隔(例如,围绕轴62成90度)而隔开;在其他实施例中,每个链轮66可包括围绕轴以不同方式定位的更多或更少的凸耳。在一些实施例中,每个凸耳70关于轴62的轴线围成(subtend)角度A。在一些实施例中,角度A至少为30度。在一些实施例中,角度A至少为40度。在一些实施例中,角度A至少为50度。在一些实施例中,角度A至少为60度。在一些实施例中,角度A至少为65度。在其他实施例中,每个凸耳70可关于轴62的轴线围成(subtend)等于或大于65度的角度。凹槽72位于凸耳70之间。特别地,凹槽72接纳驱动销182(图5)和刮板链节122的驱动部分138,并且链轮66的旋转可使凸耳70驱动链条82。在所示实施例中,凹槽72的形状大致为抛物线形。
在所示实施例中,轴62和链轮66铸造成一体件。因此,轴62和链轮66可以铸造成接近网状的形状,避免了额外组装和制造(例如焊接)的需要,并避免了与这些工艺相关的可变性和不一致性。另外,用于铸件的材料经过硬化处理,可提供更好的耐磨特性。在一些实施例中,轴62和链轮66可由奥氏体回火延性铁形成。
再次参考图3,轴62的每端通过联接器轴76的末端88来驱动,该末端88反过来联接至电机输出轴80。如图6和图7所示,轴62的每个末端包括用于接纳联接器轴76的对应末端88的凹槽或孔84。在所示实施例中,孔84具有四个侧面以形成具有近似多边形轮廓的花键,但是每个侧面是弯曲的或倾斜的,使得侧面是非线性的(例如,凸曲线侧面)。在其他实施例中,孔84可形成有三边或形成有多于四边。联接器轴76的末端88可具有类似的轮廓。类似地,如图8所示,电机输出轴80的末端还可包括类似的近似多边形的花键92。与传统的轴花键相比,由于没有尖锐的应力集中,驱动轴部件的多边形轮廓在孔84中提供较低的应力,并可减少花键表面中的开裂。在其他实施例中(未示出),电机输出轴80可包括凹槽,以接纳联接器轴76或轴62的末端。
图9和图10示出了根据另一个实施例的链条882。链条882的特征类似于链条82的特征,并用类似的附图标号加800来标识。为简洁起见,下面仅描述链条82和882之间的差异。另外,仅关于本文描述的一个或一些实施例描述的部件或特征同样适用于本文描述的任何其他实施例。
链条882包括刮板链节886,刮板链节886包括彼此分开且不直接连接的一对侧部906。换句话说,刮板链节886不包括侧部906之间的桥接部分。相反,侧部906通过连接销1022(图10)彼此联接,连接销1022在侧部906之间延伸并穿过旋转链节894。类似地,连接链节890包括一对侧部970,该一对侧部彼此分离并不直接连接。换句话说,连接链节886部不包括侧部970之间的桥接部分,侧部970则形成为单独的部件970a、970b。相反,侧部970通过连接销1014(图10)彼此联接,该连接销在侧部970之间延伸并穿过旋转链节894。
另外,刮板898与刮板链节886的每个侧部906一体成型。在所示实施例中,驱动部分938从每个侧部906伸出,刮板898从驱动部分938的末端向外横向延伸。驱动部分938位于侧部906和刮板898之间。应了解,链882的各个方面可并入其他公开的实施例中。例如,一体成型的刮板可并入如上参照图4和图5所述的刮板链节86中。
尽管上面参照连续采矿机来说明输送机,但应了解,输送机可并入其他类型的机器中(包括但不限于掘进机和进入驱动器),以及装载和牵引机器(包括但不限于穿梭车、电池运输车或其他类型)中。
尽管已经参考某些优选实施例详细描述了各方面,但是在所描述的一个或多个独立方面的范围和精神内存在变化和修改。
Claims (26)
1.一种用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述驱动系统包括:
细长轴,所述细长轴沿轴线延伸并被配置为通过电机驱动而转动;
链轮,所述链轮与所述轴一体成型,所述链轮包括多个凸片,所述凸片围绕所述轴的周长延伸,每个凸片通过凹入部分与相邻的凸片隔开,所述凹入部分中的每一个均被配置为接纳所述链式输送机的驱动销。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述多个凸片包括围绕所述轴的周长等距隔开的四个凸片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述凸片中的每一个关于所述轴线围成角度,所述角度本质上大于由所述凹入部分中的一个围成的角度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述轴和链轮由奥贝球铁来铸造成一体件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述轴的一端被配置为联接至所述电机的输出轴,所述轴的末端包括孔,所述孔的截面形成为具有凸曲线侧面的多边形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述凹入部分的形状大致为抛物线形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述链轮是第一链轮,所述驱动销是第一驱动销,所述驱动系统还包括第二链轮,所述第二链轮与所述轴一体成型并沿所述轴的轴线从所述链轮偏移,所述第二链轮包括多个第二凸片,所述第二凸片围绕所述轴的周长延伸,每个第二凸片通过第二凹入部分与相邻的第二凸片隔开,所述第二凹入部分中的每一个均被配置为接纳所述链式输送机的第二驱动销。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述凸片中的每一个关于所述轴线围成至少二十度的角度。
9.一种用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述驱动系统包括:
驱动轴,所述驱动轴包括第一端和第二端,所述第一端被配置为通过电机输出轴来驱动,所述第一端包括孔和突起中的一个,所述孔和突起中的一个限定具有凸曲线侧面的多边形轮廓;以及
链轮,所述链轮与所述轴一体成型并位于所述第一端和所述第二端之间,所述链轮被配置为接合并驱动输送机链条的销。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述轴包括所述孔,并且所述电机输出轴包括所述突起,其中所述孔的轮廓和所述突起的截面被成形为具有凸曲线侧面的矩形。
11.根据权利要求9所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述轴和所述链轮由奥贝球铁来铸制成一体件。
12.根据权利要求9所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述链轮包括多个凸片,所述凸片围绕所述驱动轴的周长延伸,每个凸片通过凹入部分与相邻的凸片隔开,所述凹入部分中的每个被配置为接纳所述链式输送机的驱动销。
13.根据权利要求12所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述链轮是第一链轮,所述驱动销是第一驱动销,所述驱动系统还包括第二链轮,所述第二链轮与所述驱动轴一体成型并沿所述轴的纵轴从所述链轮偏移,所述第二链轮包括多个第二凸片,所述第二凸片围绕所述轴的周长延伸,每个第二凸片通过第二凹入部分与相邻的第二凸片隔开,所述第二凹入部分中的每一个均被配置为接纳所述链式输送机的第二驱动销。
14.根据权利要求12所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述凸片以相等的角度间隔彼此隔开。
15.根据权利要求9所述的用于链式输送机的驱动系统,其特征在于,所述驱动系统还包括联接器轴,所述联接器轴设置在所述输出轴和所述轴的第一端之间,所述联接器轴包括一端和相对端,所述一端包括孔,所述相对端包括突起,所述孔被配置为接合所述电机输出轴和所述驱动轴的第一端中的一个,所述突起接合所述电机输出轴和所述驱动轴的第一端中的另一个,所述孔和所述突起中的每一个均限定具有凸曲线侧面的多边形轮廓。
16.一种输送机系统,其特征在于,所述输送机系统包括:
链式输送机,所述链式输送机包括多个链节,所述链节中的至少一些包括第一侧部和第二侧部,所述侧部中的每一个均包括一体成型的驱动销,所述一体成型的驱动销远离其他驱动销伸出;以及
驱动系统,所述驱动系统包括:
细长轴,所述细长轴沿轴线延伸并被配置为通过电机驱动而转动;以及
第一链轮,所述第一链轮与所述轴一体成型,所述链轮包括多个第一凸片,所述第一凸片围绕所述轴的周长延伸,每个第一凸片通过第一凹入部分与相邻的第一凸片隔开,所述第一凹入部分中的每个均被配置为接纳所述第一侧部的驱动销;以及
第二链轮,所述第二链轮与所述轴一体成型并沿所述轴的轴线从所述第一链轮偏移,所述第二链轮包括多个第二凸片,所述第二凸片围绕所述轴的周长延伸,每个第二凸片通过第二凹入部分与相邻的第二凸片隔开,所述第二凹入部分中的每一个均被配置为接纳所述第二侧部的驱动销。
17.根据权利要求16所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,所述链节中的至少一些包括桥接部分,所述桥接部分在所述第一侧部和第二侧部之间一体成型。
18.根据权利要求16所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,所述轴的一端被配置为联接至所述电机的输出轴,所述轴的末端包括孔,所述孔的截面形成为具有凸曲线侧面的多边形。
19.根据权利要求16所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,所述驱动轴和链轮、所述第一侧部和一体成型的驱动销,或所述第二侧部和一体成型的驱动销中的至少一个由奥贝球铁来铸造成一体件。
20.根据权利要求16所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,所述多个第一凸片和所述多个第二凸片中的每一个凸片均围绕所述驱动轴的周长延伸少于七十度。
21.一种输送机系统,其特征在于,所述输送机系统包括:
链式输送机,所述链式输送机包括多个链节,所述链节中的至少一些包括第一侧部和第二侧部,所述侧部中的每一个均包括一体成型的驱动销,所述一体成型的驱动销远离其他驱动销伸出;以及
驱动系统,所述驱动系统包括:
驱动轴,所述驱动轴包括第一端和第二端,所述第一端被配置为通过电机输出轴来驱动,所述第一端包括孔和突起中的一个,所述孔和突起中的一个限定具有凸曲线侧面的多边形轮廓,以及
第一链轮,所述第一链轮与所述轴一体成型,所述链轮包括多个第一凸片,所述第一凸片围绕所述轴的周长延伸,每个第一凸片通过第一凹入部分与相邻的第一凸片隔开,所述第一凹入部分中的每一个均被配置为接纳所述第一侧部的驱动销;以及
第二链轮,所述第二链轮与所述轴一体成型并沿所述轴的轴线从所述第一链轮偏移,所述第二链轮包括多个第二凸片,所述第二凸片围绕所述轴的周长延伸,每个第二凸片通过第二凹入部分与相邻的第二凸片隔开,所述第二凹入部分中的每一个均被配置为接纳所述第二侧部的驱动销。
22.根据权利要求21所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,所述驱动轴和链轮、所述第一侧部和一体成型的驱动销,或所述第二侧部和一体成型的驱动销中的至少一个由奥贝球铁来铸造成一体件。
23.根据权利要求21所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,所述链节中的至少一些包括桥接部分,所述桥接部分在所述第一侧部和第二侧部之间一体成型。
24.根据权利要求21所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,所述多个第一凸片以相等的角度间隔彼此隔开,并且所述多个第二凸片以相等的角度间隔彼此隔开。
25.根据权利要求21所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,所述驱动轴包括所述孔,并且所述电机输出轴包括所述突起,其中所述孔的轮廓和所述突起的截面被成形为具有凸曲线侧面的矩形。
26.根据权利要求21所述的输送机系统,其特征在于,所述多个第一凸片和所述多个第二凸片中的每个凸片均围绕所述驱动轴的周长延伸少于七十度。
