Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing welding mask cannot provide a good shielding effect, and provides an automatic dimming welding eye mask for overcoming the defects in the prior art.
The invention provides an automatic dimming welding eye mask which comprises a mask and a buckle belt fixed on the mask, wherein the mask is provided with an eye mask, dimming liquid crystal is arranged on the eye mask, and a controller for adjusting the color of the dimming liquid crystal is arranged on the side edge of the mask.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic dimming welding eye mask has the advantages that the color of the dimming liquid crystal display is controlled through the controller, the shading effect is good, meanwhile, the whole welding eye mask is conveniently worn on the head of a user through the buckle belt, and the user does not need to hold the welding eye mask continuously when using the welding eye mask, so that the blind area of the field of view is avoided.
In one possible implementation manner, a plurality of keys for adjusting the parameters of the dimming liquid crystal are arranged on the side edge of the mask, and the keys are electrically connected with the controller.
Compared with the prior art, the light-changing liquid crystal is adjusted through the keys, can be used in various environments and has a wide application range.
In one possible implementation manner, a first key for adjusting the mode of the controller, a second key for upwards selecting, a third key for downwards selecting and a fourth key for adjusting the dimming delay time are arranged on the side edge of the face mask, and the first key, the second key, the third key and the fourth key are all electrically connected with the controller.
Compared with the prior art, the dimming liquid crystal display has the advantages that multiple functions are adjusted through the four keys, so that the dimming liquid crystal display has a better display effect, and meanwhile, shielding and normal vision are realized.
In one possible embodiment, the mask is provided with a light sensitive tube for sensing the intensity of light, and the light sensitive tube is electrically connected with the controller.
Compared with the prior art, the light sensing device has the advantages that the light sensing device automatically realizes light sensing through the arrangement of the light sensing tube, and the light-changing liquid crystal is automatically adjusted through the controller, so that a user does not need to adjust the light-changing liquid crystal independently during use.
In one possible embodiment, a solar light emitting panel is provided on the mask, the solar light emitting panel being electrically connected to a battery, the battery being electrically connected to a controller.
Compared with the prior art, a user can generate high-brightness arc light in the welding process, and the solar light-emitting plate is used for carrying out photoelectric conversion on the light, so that the energy storage of a battery is realized, and the whole welding eye mask is ensured to have better service life.
In one possible implementation manner, the mask is internally provided with an air supply motor, and an air outlet of the air supply motor is arranged on the side edge of the mask.
Compared with the prior art, through setting up air supply motor and air outlet, guarantee that the user is wearing the in-process for a long time, the eye can not dry.
In one possible implementation manner, the air outlet of the air supply motor is a plurality of through holes.
Compared with the prior art, through setting up a plurality of through-holes, convenient even air-out.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the embodiment of the application discloses an automatic dimming welding eye mask, which comprises a mask 1 and a buckle belt 2 fixed on the mask 1, wherein the mask 1 is provided with an eye mask 3, the eye mask 3 is provided with a dimming liquid crystal 4, and a controller 5 for adjusting the color of the dimming liquid crystal 4 is arranged on the side edge of the mask 1.
The color displayed by the dimming liquid crystal 4 is controlled by the controller 5, so that the shading effect is good, the whole welding eyeshade is conveniently worn on the head of a user through the buckle belt 2, and the user does not need to continuously hold the welding eyeshade in the hand when using the welding eyeshade, so that the blind area of the visual field is avoided.
In this embodiment, a plurality of keys 6 for adjusting parameters of the dimming liquid crystal 4 are disposed on the side of the mask 1, and all the keys are electrically connected with the controller 5. The light-changing liquid crystal 4 is adjusted through the key 6, so that the light-changing liquid crystal can be used in various environments, and the application range is wide.
The side of the mask 1 is provided with a first key 61 for adjusting the mode of the controller 5, a second key 62 for selecting upwards, a third key 63 for selecting downwards and a fourth key 64 for adjusting the dimming delay time, and the first key 61, the second key 62, the third key 63 and the fourth key 64 are all electrically connected with the controller 5.
The four keys 6 are used for realizing adjustment of multiple functions, so that the dimming liquid crystal 4 has better display effect, and simultaneously has shielding and normal vision.
Wherein, be equipped with the photosensitive tube 7 that is used for responding to light intensity on the face guard 1, photosensitive tube 7 is connected with the controller 5 electricity. The light sensing is automatically realized by arranging the photosensitive tube 7, and the light-changing liquid crystal 4 is automatically adjusted by the controller 5, so that a user does not need to adjust automatically when using the light-changing liquid crystal.
In actual use, the four keys 6 can be used for adjusting parameters of the dimming liquid crystal 4, selecting shading numbers of the dimming liquid crystal 4, selecting working modes of the dimming liquid crystal 4, adjusting sensitivity of the dimming liquid crystal 4 and adjusting delay time of the dimming liquid crystal 4, and according to sensitization of the photosensitive tube 7, the dimming liquid crystal 4 can be fully and automatically dimming, and a user can realize shading and normal two fields of vision after wearing the dimming liquid crystal.
In this embodiment, the mask 1 is provided with a solar light emitting panel 8, the solar light emitting panel 8 is electrically connected with a battery, and the battery is electrically connected with the controller 5.
In the welding process, a user can generate high-brightness arc light, and the solar luminescent plate 8 is used for carrying out photoelectric conversion on the light, so that the energy storage of a battery is realized, and the whole welding eye mask is ensured to have better service life.
In this embodiment, the mask 1 is internally provided with an air supply motor, and an air outlet 9 of the air supply motor is arranged at the side edge of the eye mask 3. Through setting up air supply motor and air outlet, guarantee that the user is wearing the in-process for a long time, the eye can not dry.
