背景技术
糖尿病患者由于遗传因素、内分泌功能紊乱等原因引发糖、蛋白质、脂肪、水和电解质等一系列代谢紊乱。血糖的控制对于糖尿病患至关重要,目前糖尿病患多通过口服降糖药或注射胰岛素来降低血糖,但是上述两种控制血糖的方式都是采用药物或激素来控制,使用量过大对于糖尿病患会产生慢性肾脏损伤,如果能够在日常生活中通过饮食来降低血糖可以减少糖尿病患者的降糖药物使用量,延缓或减轻糖尿病患者的肾脏损伤,并且对于糖尿病患者的血糖控制也是极为有利的。

本发明还提供了一种上述任一所述配方食品的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸锌、氯化钠、氯化钾、磷酸氢钙、碳酸镁、焦磷酸铁、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、碘化钾、亚硒酸钠、三氯化铬、钼酸钠和二氢大麻酚物质进行干混;
2)将植物甲萘醌、L-抗坏血酸、叶酸、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、氰钴胺、烟酸、D-泛酸钙、D-生物素、α-醋酸、生育酚、胆钙化醇、β-胡萝卜素、醋酸维生素A和酒石酸氢胆碱进行干混;
3)对乳清蛋白,酪蛋白,大豆分离蛋白,高油酸葵花籽油,低芥酸菜籽油,玉米油,椰子油,木薯淀粉,抗性淀粉,抗性糊精,麦芽糊精,玉米糖浆粉,结晶果糖,麦芽糖醇,菊粉,低聚果糖,低聚半乳糖,低聚异麦芽糖,大豆低聚糖,大豆膳食纤维和燕麦加水后依次进行乳化、离心分离和高压均质,再混入步骤1)所得的混合物,然后进行高压微射流处理,浓缩,喷雾干燥成粉,再与步骤2)所得混合物进行干混,混合均匀即得配方粉。
优选地,步骤三所述乳化是乳化转速为300-400r/min,时间为4min-5min。
优选地,步骤三所述高压均质的条件为50MPa-60MPa,时间为60s-120s。
优选地,步骤三所述高压微射流处理的条件为:压力300MPa,处理时间30s-60s。
优选地,步骤三所述喷雾干燥的条件为进口温度170℃-185℃,出口温度140-150℃。
本发明有益效果:
本发明的营养配方食品能够降低糖尿病患者的血糖,适用于糖尿病患者的日常饮食,此外,本发明的营养配方食品调整了宏量营养素的比例和钠的含量,强调产品的低血糖生成指数(低GI),为患者提供全面而均衡的营养支持。本发明的营养配方食品的血糖生成指数(GI)<55,且饱和脂肪酸的供能比应不超过10%,碳水化合物供能比应为30-60%,膳食纤维的含量不低于0.3g/100kJ(1.4g/100kcal),钠的含量应不低于7mg/100kT(30mg/100kcal),不高于42mg/100kJ(175mg/100kcal)。该配方食品适用于糖尿病人。

本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:每100kJ所述特殊医学用途配方食品中含有0.15mg二氢大麻酚。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:乳化的条件为400r/min,时间为4min;高压均质的条件为60MPa,时间为120s;高压微射流处理的条件为:压力300MPa,处理时间60s;喷雾干燥的条件为进口温度185℃,出口温度150℃。
为说明本发明配方食品的效果,进行了如下动物实验:将实施例1-3所制备获得的配方食品进行动物实验,以小鼠为实验对象,构建模型考察实施例1-3所制备获得的配方食品的降糖效果,实验结果表明:饲喂实施例1-3所制备获得的配方食品的小鼠降糖效果明显优于空白对照组,由此可知实施例1-3所制备获得的配方食品均具有降低血糖的效果,其中实施例1的效果最好。

3.根据权利要求1所述配方食品,其特征在于,所述二氢大麻酚的添加量为每100kJ所述配方食品中含有0.1mg二氢大麻酚。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一所述配方食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸锌、氯化钠、氯化钾、磷酸氢钙、碳酸镁、焦磷酸铁、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、碘化钾、亚硒酸钠、三氯化铬、钼酸钠和二氢大麻酚物质进行干混;
2)将植物甲萘醌、L-抗坏血酸、叶酸、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、氰钴胺、烟酸、D-泛酸钙、D-生物素、α-醋酸生育酚、胆钙化醇、β-胡萝卜素、醋酸维生素A和酒石酸氢胆碱进行干混;
3)对乳清蛋白,酪蛋白,大豆分离蛋白,高油酸葵花籽油,低芥酸菜籽油,玉米油,椰子油,木薯淀粉,抗性淀粉,抗性糊精,麦芽糊精,玉米糖浆粉,结晶果糖,麦芽糖醇,菊粉,低聚果糖,低聚半乳糖,低聚异麦芽糖,大豆低聚糖,大豆膳食纤维和燕麦加水后依次进行乳化、离心分离和高压均质,再混入步骤1)所得的混合物,然后进行高压微射流处理,浓缩,喷雾干燥成粉,再与步骤2)所得混合物进行干混,混合均匀即得配方粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三所述乳化是乳化转速为300r/min-400r/min,时间为4min-5min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三所述高压均质的条件为50MPa-60MPa,时间为60s-120s。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三所述高压微射流处理的条件为:压力300MPa,处理时间30s-60s。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三所述喷雾干燥的条件为进口温度170℃-185℃,出口温度140-150℃。
