TALES PRODUCTOS DE EMULSIÓN DE CARNE SE ELABORAN DE UNA MASA QUE CONTIENE UNA O MÁS HARINAS DE CARNE, HUMECTANTES TALES COMO GLICEROL, LA MASA TIENE UN BAJO CONTENIDO DE HUMEDAD, TAL COMO, APROXIMADAMENTE 32 % O MENOS.
