Abstract

La presente solicitud se refiere a proceso para preparar espumas rígidas de poli-isocianurato modificado con poliuretano o uretano, a partir de compuestos reactivos con isocianato polifuncional y poliisocianato, en presencia de agentes de expansión, donde los compuestos polifuncionales reactivos con isocianato comprenden un poliol de poliéter que tiene un número de hidroxilo que fluctúa entre 50 y 400 mg de KOH/g, que se obtiene mediante la reacción de un iniciador polifuncional primero con óxido de etileno y luego con óxido de propileno, de modo que el grado de propoxilación de dicho poliol de poliéter es de entre 0,33 y 2 mol de óxido de propileno por átomo de hidrógeno activo en el iniciador, y la relación molar del óxido de etileno al óxido de propileno en dicho poliol poliéter es de al menos 2.
