Claims (16)
1. Способ приготовления твердого полиуретана или модифицированной уретаном полиизоциануратной пены из полиизоцианатов и многофункциональных реагирующих с изоцианатом соединений в присутствии порофоров, в котором многофункциональные реагирующие с изоцианатом соединения содержат полиэфирный многоатомный спирт, имеющий значение гидроксильного числа от 50 до 650 мг KOH/г, получаемый путем реакции многофункционального инициатора сначала с окисью этилена, а затем с окисью пропилена таким образом, что степень пропоксилирования упомянутого полиэфирного многоатомного спирта составляет от 0,33 до 2 молей окиси пропилена на атом активного водорода в инициаторе, а молярное отношение окиси этилена к окиси пропилена в упомянутом полиэфирном многоатомном спирте составляет по меньшей мере 2.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором степень пропоксилирования составляет от 0,66 до 1 моля окиси пропилена на атом активного водорода в инициаторе.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором молярное отношение окиси этилена к окиси пропилена составляет от 2 до 10, предпочтительно от 2,5 до 8,5.
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором значение гидроксильного числа упомянутого полиэфирного многоатомного спирта составляет от 50 до 400 мг KOH/г, предпочтительно от 75 до 350 мг KOH/г, и наиболее предпочтительно от 100 до 300 мг KOH/г.
5. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором количество окиси этилена составляет от 2 до 15 молей на атом активного водорода, более предпочтительно от 2,5 до 8,5 молей на атом активного водорода в инициаторе.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором многофункциональный инициатор, используемый для получения упомянутого полиэфирного многоатомного спирта, выбирают из глицерина, диаминодифенилметана и полиметиленполифениленполиаминов.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором упомянутый полиэфирный многоатомный спирт присутствует в количестве от 5 до 80 массовых частей по общей массе многофункциональных реагирующих с изоцианатом соединений.
8. Процесс по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором порофор выбирают из группы, состоящей из углеводородов, гидрофторуглеродов, гидрохлорфторолефинов, гидрофторолефинов, а также любой их смеси.
9. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов в котором реакцию осуществляют при значении изоцианатного индекса вплоть до 240%, предпочтительно вплоть до 180%, более предпочтительно от 100% до 160%, для того, чтобы приготовить твердый пепополиуретан.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1 - 8, в котором реакцию осуществляют при значении изоцианатного индекса от 250% до 1000%, предпочтительно от 350% до 500%, для того, чтобы приготовить твердую модифицированную уретаном полиизоциануратную пену.
11. Процесс по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором реакцию осуществляют в присутствии огнезащитных продуктов в количестве от 10 до 60 массовых частей, предпочтительно от 15 до 30 массовых частей по общей массе многофункциональных реагирующих с изоцианатом соединений, присутствующих в составе пены.
12. Твердый полиуретан или модифицированная уретаном полиизоциануратная пена, получаемые способом по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
13. Пена по п. 12, которая удовлетворяет требованиям класса огнестойкости B2 в соответствии с тестом стандарта DIN 4102.
14. Пена по п. 12 или 13, которая представляет собой слой в многослойной панели.
15. Многофункциональная реагирующая с изоцианатом композиция, содержащая полиэфирный многоатомный спирт по любому из пп. 1 - 6, а также дополнительные вспомогательные вещества.
16. Реакционная система для приготовления твердого полиуретана или модифицированной уретаном полиизоциануратной пены, содержащая a) органический полиизоцианат, b) многофункциональный реагирующий с изоцианатом компонент, c) порофор и необязательно d) дополнительные вспомогательные вещества, отличающаяся тем, что многофункциональный реагирующий с изоцианатом компонент содержит полиэфирный многоатомный спирт по любому из пп. 1-6.
