Abstract
ULTRALIMPEZA DE GáS DE COMBUSTãO INCLUINDO A REMOçãO DE CO~ 2~. A presente invenção refere-se a uma ultralimpeza de gás de combustão a uma concentração quase zero de contaminantes residuais, seguida pela captura de CO~ 2~. A alta eficiência de remoção de contaminantes residuais é conseguida por resfriamento de contato direto e lavagem do gás com água fria. A temperatura do gás de combustão é reduzida a 0 - 20 graus Celsius para se conseguir um efeito máximo de condensação e limpeza do gás. O CO~ 2~ é capturado do gás queimado resfriado e limpo em um absorvedor de CO~ 2~ (134) utilizando uma solução ou pasta fluida amoniacal no sistema de NH~ 3~-CO~ 2~-H~ 2~O. O absorvedor opera a 0 - 20 graus Celsius. A regeneração é realizada por elevação da pressão e da temperatura na solução rica em CO~ 2~ do absorvedor. A pressão de vapor de CO~ 2~ é alta, e gera-se uma corrente de CO~ 2~ pressurizada, com baixa concentração de NH~ 3~ e vapor d'água. A corrente de CO~ 2~ de alta pressão é resfriada e lavada para recuperar a amónia e a umidade do gás.
