Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPRIMIDO PARA LIBERAçãO IMEDIATA E PROLONGADA DE UMA OU MAIS SUBSTâNCIAS ATIVAS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um comprimido de camadas múltiplas para liberação imediata e prolongada de substâncias ativas compreendendo, pelo menos, duas camadas superpostas, caracterizado pelo fato de que: uma primeira camada externa é composta de uma mistura de excipientes e de uma primeira substância ativa, a dita primeira camada permitindo liberação imediata da dita primeira substância ativa; uma segunda camada, disposta em contato com a dita primeira camada, consiste em matriz polimérica porosa inerte, não-biodegradável, na qual uma segunda substância ativa está dispersa.
