Abstract

<B>"DISPOSITIVO INTEGRADO DE FORMA MONOLìTICA."<D> A presente invenção trata de um dispositivo integrado de forma monolítica que compreende um primeiro substrato (SUB) e, pelo menos, em uma parte: a) uma primeira estrutura (ST1), sobreposta ao dito substrato (SUB), de um primeiro material na forma sólida, adequado para absorver hidrogênio com geração seguinte de energia térmica, b) uma segunda estrutura (ST2), sobreposta ao dito substrato (SUB), de um segundo material na forma sólida, adequado para liberar hidrogênio quando o mesmo alcançar uma temperatura maior que uma temperatura prefixada, c) uma terceira estrutura (ST3) de um terceiro material na forma sólida, adequada para gerar energia térmica quando for submetida à passagem de corrente elétrica, colocada de tal modo a ser termicamente acoplada, pelo menos à dita segunda estrutura (ST2); em que a dita primeira estrutura (ST1) e a dita segunda estrutura (ST2) estão em contato, pelo menos, parcialmente entre si.
