Abstract
<B>"DISPOSITIVO INTEGRADO DE FORMA MONOLìTICA."<D> A presente invenção trata de um dispositivo integrado de forma monolítica que compreende um primeiro substrato (SUB) e, pelo menos, em uma parte: a) uma primeira estrutura (ST1), sobreposta ao dito substrato (SUB), de um primeiro material na forma sólida, adequado para absorver hidrogênio com geração seguinte de energia térmica, b) uma segunda estrutura (ST2), sobreposta ao dito substrato (SUB), de um segundo material na forma sólida, adequado para liberar hidrogênio quando o mesmo alcançar uma temperatura maior que uma temperatura prefixada, c) uma terceira estrutura (ST3) de um terceiro material na forma sólida, adequada para gerar energia térmica quando for submetida à passagem de corrente elétrica, colocada de tal modo a ser termicamente acoplada, pelo menos à dita segunda estrutura (ST2); em que a dita primeira estrutura (ST1) e a dita segunda estrutura (ST2) estão em contato, pelo menos, parcialmente entre si.<B> "MONOLITICALLY INTEGRATED DEVICE." <D> The present invention deals with a monolithic integrated device comprising a first substrate (SUB) and at least in part: a) a first structure (ST1) , superimposed on said substrate (SUB), of a first material in solid form, suitable for absorbing hydrogen with next generation of thermal energy, b) a second structure (ST2), superimposed on said substrate (SUB), of a second material in solid form, suitable for releasing hydrogen when it reaches a temperature higher than a preset temperature, c) a third structure (ST3) of a third material in solid form, suitable for generating thermal energy when subjected to the passage of electric current, placed in such a way as to be thermally coupled, at least to said second structure (ST2); wherein said first structure (ST1) and said second structure (ST2) are at least partially in contact with each other.
