Abstract
The invention relates to the use of at least partly water-soluble polymers with mean molecular weights between 2 000 and 500 000, prepared by reacting polymers containing carboxylic, ester and/or anhydride groups with amino alcohols and/or diamines, to remove printing ink from printed waste paper and/or from recycling water in the papermaking industry.
