Abstract
El presente se refiere a un proceso para la remoción de componentes a ser separados de gases técnicos por medio de procesos de absorción y desorción usando absorbentes líquidos, en el cual se provee por lo menos un dispositivo de absorción (20) y un dispositivo de desorción (22), que por lo menos parte de la solución cargada que abandona el dispositivo de absorción (20) se ramifica antes de ser calentada y alimentada a la parte superior de la sección de transferencia de calor (22a), y esta corriente parcial cargada es calentada por el vapor que se eleva desde la parte inferior del dispositivo de desorción (22b) por intercambio de calor en la sección de transferencia de calor (22a), y se hace burbujear la corriente residual de solución cargada, fría, (20) por medio de la válvula de alivio (25) y vía el intercambiador de calor (21) dentro del tanque de recuperación de condensado (26), de modo que la corriente que abandona el intercambiador de calor (21) es separada en una fase líquida y una de gas, reduciéndose la presión en el tanque de recuperación de condensado (26) hasta un punto que se reduce la demanda de energía total en los procesos de absorción y desorción.
