Abstract
Un procedimiento para producir un compuesto 5-alcoxi-4-hidroximetilpirazol representado por la formula general siguiente (3) en donde R1 es un grupo alquilo, un grupo arilo sustituido o sin sustituir, o un grupo heteroarilo sustituido o sin sustituir; R2 es un grupo extractor de electron, y R3 es un sustituyente tal como grupo alquilo sustituido o sin sustituir o cicloalquilo, alqueno, alquino sustituido o sin sustituir, que comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto pirazol representado por la formula general (1), en donde R1 y R2 tienen las mismas definiciones como los indicados precedentemente, con un compuesto representado por la formula general (2): L-R3, en donde L es un grupo residual y R3 tiene la misma definicion como la indicada precedentemente, en la presencia de una base y formaldehído. El procedimiento puede producir un compuesto 5-alcoxi-4-hidroximetilpirazol fácilmente con un muy buen rendimiento.
