Abstract

Composición de película que se disuelve oralmente que comprende: a) un polímero entérico; b) al menos un agente tampón alcalino; y c) al menos un agente activo (11). Película multicomponente que se disuelve oralmente que comprende: a) un primer componente, que comprende un agente tampón alcalino y una carga soluble en agua; y b) un segundo componente, que comprende un agente activo de nicotina, un polímero entérico y un plastificante. Uso de la composición de película que se disuelve oralmente y de la película que se disuelve oralmente para preparar un medicamento de utilidad para proporcionar alivio rápido y sostenido de ansias de nicotina o para reducir o eliminar el consumo de tabaco en un individuo mediante la administración del medicamento. Forma de dosificación oral que comprende: a) al menos un agente activo de nicotina; b) al menos un material bioadhesivo capaz de formar un enlace de hidrógeno con el agente activo de nicotina; y c) al menos un agente de impacto sensorial que se libera rápidamente; en la que el agente de impacto sensorial de liberación rápida está presente en una cantidad eficaz para proporcionar alivio rápido del ansia de nicotina y en el que la forma de dosificación proporciona tanto alivio rápido como sostenido de ansia a un individuo en necesidad de la misma; y uso de al menos un agente activo de nicotina, al menos un componente bioadhesivo y al menos un agente de impacto sensorial de liberación rápida para preparar dicha forma de dosificación oral. Procedimiento para preparar una composición de película que se disuelve oralmente que comprende las etapas de: a) neutralizar un polímero entérico mezclándolo con un agente de neutralización alcalino en presencia de un disolvente para dar una mezcla polimérica; b) añadir además un agente activo a la mezcla polimérica; c) vaciar la mezcla polimérica en una superficie adecuada; y d) secar dicha mezcla polimérica para dar una película polimérica. El procedimiento puede comprender además las etapas de: e) disolver un agente tampón alcalino y una carga soluble en agua para dar una mezcla tampón; f) vaciar la mezcla tampón en la película polimérica para dar una película polimérica revestida; y g) secar dicha película polimérica revestida.
