Abstract

Una emulsión para la administración de un compuesto fotosensitivo farmacológicamente activo y pobremente soluble en agua a un paciente quecomprende un lípido farmacológicamente aceptable como una fase hidrofóbica dispersada en unafase hidrofílica, una cantidad efectiva de dicho compuestofotosensitivo, un estabilizador y un co-estabilizador, una sal de un ácido de bilis seleccionado del grupo consistente en ácido cólico, ácido deoxicólico,ácido glicólico, y mezcla de losmismos.
