Abstract
En prøveervervende anordning for volumetrisk opptelling av trombocytter i en blodprøve omfatter et målehulrom for å motta en blodprøve. Målehulrommet har en forhåndsbestemt fast tykkelse. Den prøveervervende anordningen omfatter ytterligere et reagensmiddel, som arrangeres i tørr form på en overflate som bestemmer målehulrommet. Reagensmidlet omfatter et hemolyseringsmiddel for å lysere røde blodceller i blodprøven, og eventuelt et fargemiddel for å selektivt flekke trombocytter i blodprøven. Et system omfatter den prøveervervende anordningen og et måleapparat. Måleapparatet omfatter en prøveervervende anordningsholder, en lyskilde, og et bildesystem for å erverve et digitalt bilde av en forstørrelse av prøven. Måleapparatet omfatter ytterligere en bildeanalyseringsenhet arrangert til å analysere det ervervede digitale bilde for å bestemme antallet av trombocytter i blodprøven.
