Abstract

Et liposomholdig radiografisk kontrastmiddel som omfatter en vannløselig jodforbindelse som foreligger i en vannfase innenfor og utenfor lipidmembraner beskrives. Liposomene fremstilles ved å blande lipidmembranbestanddeler for oppbygging av lipidmembraner med karbondioksid i superkritisk eller subkritisk tilstand i nærvær av minst én forbindelse som inneholder en hydroksyl- eller polyalkylenoksidgruppe. Det erholdte radiografiske kontrastmidlet inneholder ingen toksiske løsemidler, f.eks. klorerte løsemidler, slik at høy sikkerhet kan sikres.
