Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører nye substituerte kinolinderivater ifølge den generelle formel (la) eller den generelle formel (lb) salter, kvaternære aminer, stereokjemisk isomere former, tautomere former og iV-oksid-former derav, hvori R1 er hydrogen, halo, haloalkyl, cyano, hydroksy, Ar, Het, alkyl, alkyloksy, alkyltio, alkyloksyalkyl, alkyltioalkyl, Ar-alkyl eller di(Ar)alkyl; p er 1, 2, 3 eller 4; R2 er hydrogen, hydroksy, tio, alkyloksy, alkyloksyalkyloksy, alkyltio, mono- Het eller Het-alkyl; R4 er hydrogen, alkyl eller benzyl; R5 er hydrogen, halo, haloalkyl, hydroksy, Ar, alkyl, alkyloksy, alkyltio, alkyloksyalkyl, alkyltioalkyl, Ar-alkyl eller di(Ar)alkyl; eller to vicinale R5-radikaler kan tas sammen for å danne sammen med fenylringen til hvilken de er bundet en naftyl; r er 1, 2, 3, 4 eller 5; R6 er hydrogen, alkyl, Ar eller Het; R er hydrogen eller alkyl; R er okso; eller R og R tatt sammen danner radikalet -CH=CH-N=; Z er CH2 eller C(=O). De krevde forbindelser er nyttige for behandlingen av mykobakterielle sykdommer, spesielt de sykdommer forårsaket av patogene mykobakterier slik som M. tuberculosis, M. bovis, M. avium, M. smegmatis og M. marinum.
