Abstract

Los objetivos de la invencion son proveer un metodo de marcacion que permite establecer el contenido de caracteres, simbolos y similares por marcar sobre botones de tecla hechos de un material transmisor de luz, para ser usados por ejemplo en telefonos portatiles, etc., en cualquier momento sin estar sometido a las limitaciones de los otros pasos en el ensamble de la unidad de tecla, y que logre marcar los caracteres, simbolos y similares de modo que tengan suficiente resistencia a la abrasion, y tambien proveer un procedimiento para producir una unidad de tecla iluminada que pueda ser completada tan pronto como sea posible despues de la determinacion del destino; para alcanzar el primer objetivo, un boton de tecla de plastico transparente, 2, se irradia intermitentemente con un haz de laser L que tiene una longitud de onda de 1064 nm o menos, en la region infrarroja, visible o ultravioleta cercana, mientras que el haz de laser se enfoca sobre una posicion deseada dentro del boton de tecla para formar en el medio de plastico transparente un montaje de una pluralidad de puntos negros carbonizados finos, o de puntos blancos formados por una pluralidad de grietas o espumas finas, para indicar con ello un caracter, simbolo, etc.; para alcanzar el objetivo del caracter, se interrumpe o detiene una vez el procedimiento de produccion de una unidad de tecla iluminada K, en el estado en donde estan terminados los pasos que son realizables sin la determinacion del destino, y brevemente despues se definen los caracteres, simbolos y similares relacionados con el destino, se aplica la marcacion de los caracteres, simbolos y similares necesarios, 4, 5, sobre la cara superior del boton de tecla, 2, irradiando sobre la misma un haz de laser L para completar la unidad de tecla iluminada.
