Abstract
Los compuestos de 4-amino-5-oxi-2, 6, 6-trimetil-2-ciclohepteno representados por la formula general (I), sales farmacologicamente aceptables de los mismos, o solvatos de estos, en donde R1 y R2 cada uno representa independientemente hidrogeno, alquilo opcionalmente sustituido o fenilo opcionalmente que tiene hidroxi, alcoxi inferior, amino, nitro carboxi, alcoxicarbonilo inferior o halogeno en su anillo, o R1 y R2 junto con el átomo de nitrogeno pueden formar un heterociclo que contiene nitrogeno; R3 representa hidrogeno, alquilo inferior o acilo alifático inferior; y W representa oxo, oxima u oxima éter. Los compuestos ejercen efectos sobre un modelo de embolismo periférico en ratas, una rata espontáneamente hipertensiva y un modelo de construccion de trayectoria de aire inducida por histamina, lo que indica que son utiles como un remedio para hipertension, embolismo periférico o asma bronquial.
