Abstract
El proceso para producir lingotes de hierro, aleaciones de metal pesado no ferroso, ferrocromo carburado o ferrocromo libre de carbono y escorias de alto horno sintética, utilizando excorias o residuos de la incineracion de desechos que contienen oxido de metal, los materiales cargados de la quema de desechos, por ejemplo, fracciones ligeras de trituradores de carros y/o polvos metalurgicos, son al menos, parcialmente oxidados y subsecuentemente se reducen mientras se separan los metales no ferrosos o aleaciones, entonces la fase de escoria oxidada agotada de los metales o aleaciones, opcionalmente se mezcla con la escoria de trabajos de acero líquido además de la adicion de polvos metalurgicos, después de lo cual el acero crudo se funde mientras se reduce la viscosidad de la escoria de trabajos de acero y la porcion restante de escoria se somete a una reduccion adicional, mientras se recupera el lingote de hierro y opcionalmente las aleaciones de cromo, luego de la descarga de escoria de alto horno sintético.
