Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a nuevos taxoides de la formula General: (Ver Formula) a su preparacion y a composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen. En la Formula General (I): Z representa un átomo de hidrogeno o un radical de la Formula General: (Ver Formula) en donde R1 representa un radical benzoilo eventualmente sustituido o un radical R2-O-CO- en donde R2 representa un radial alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, cicloalquilo, cicloalquenilo, bicicloalquilo, fenilo eventualmente sustituido o heterociclico, R3 representa un radical alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, cicloalquilo, fenilo, naftilo o un anillo heterocíclico aromático, R4 representa un radical alcaniloxi sustituido, alqueniloxi, alquiniloxi o cicloalcaniloxi y R5 representa un radical alcoxi eventualmente sustituido o un radical cicloalquiloxi o cicloalqueniloxi. Los nuevos producto de la Formula General (I) en donde Z representa un radical de la Formula General (II): tienen remarcables propiedades antitumorales y antileucémica.
