Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al campo de la conformación de helados, en particular está relacionada con un molde para un producto de confitería congelado, adecuado para crear un producto de confitería congelado que se puede pelar. Es un objeto de la presente invención proporcionar un molde para un producto de confitería congelado que fabrique muescas en la capa externa de los productos de confitería congelados, especialmente los productos de confitería congelados que se pueden pelar. Se ha encontrado que un molde para los productos de confitería congelados que comprende al menos un resalte que sobresale hacia dentro, proporciona una línea de desgarre sobre el helado que se puede pelar, por el molde.
