Abstract

La presente invención está en el campo de conformación de helado, en particular en su relación a una herramienta caliente para imprimir un patrón en un producto de confitería congelado, y especialmente una herramienta caliente que funde un canal de una capa de recubierta externa de una confitería congelada, por lo mismo creando un producto de confitería congelado pelable.
