Abstract

Claims (1)
- REIVINDICACIONES 1. Un sistema para proporcionar trat esión reducida a un sitio de tejido de un mprendiendo el sistema: una fuente de presión reducida para s esión reducida; una fuente de fluido para suministrar un una pluralidad de vesículas infla locarse adyacentes al sitio de tejido, siendo ope sículas inflables para recibir el fluido y para sde una posición no inflada hasta una posición in una pluralidad de cámaras, siendo la mprimibles ; en donde al menos una de la pluralidad dispone entre una primera vesícula inflable y u sícula inflable de la pluralidad de vesículas inf 2. El sistema de la reivindicación 1, mprendiendo el espacio sellado las cámaras; y en donde las cámaras son operables para esión reducida, ocasionando la presión reducid maras se plieguen y muevan las vesículas inf rca entre si. 4. El ^sistema de la reivindicació mprende además: un paño quirúrgico para cubrir las flables para formar un espacio sellado cuando las flables se colocan próximas a la epidermis del mprendiendo el espacio sellado las cámaras; un conducto de presión reducida para tra esión reducida; una interfaz de presión reducida para ac ño quirúrgico y operable para proporcionar una c uida entre el conducto y el espacio sellado; y en donde las cámaras son operables para liado; y en donde las cámaras son operables para esión reducida y para plegarse al menos en esión reducida. 6. El sistema de la reivindicació mprende además: una primera hoja; y a vesícula inflable a lo largo de una dirección menos una vesícula inflable se encuentra inflada 13. El aparato de la reivindicación 19, las vesículas inflables y las cámaras se a pared superior, una pared inferior y paredes exibles; y las cámaras son operables para recibir ducida y para plegarse moviendo así las vesículas s cerca entre si. 25. El aparato de la reivindicación 19, las vesículas inflables y las cámaras se inflada y las cámaras tienen, cada una, una con stancialmente rectangular en corte transversal e la presión reducida. 26. El aparato de la reivindicación prende además: una primera hoja; y una segunda hoja acoplada a la primera rmar las vesículas inflables, las cámaras y un c atribución, en donde el conducto de di oporciona comunicación fluida entre las flables. 27. El aparato de la reivindicación prende además: una primera hoja; y una segunda hoja acoplada a la primera rmar las vesículas inflables, las cámaras y un c stribución, proporcionando el conducto de distri I - 39 - rmar las vesículas inflables, las cámaras y un c stribución, proporcionando el conducto de distri municación fluida entre las vesículas inflables; una fuente de presión reducida para s esión reducida; una fuente de fluido para suministrar el un conducto de doble lumen acoplado uida a la fuente de presión reducida y a la uido, teniendo el conducto de doble lumen un pr ra transferir la presión reducida y un segundo ansferir el fluido; una interfaz para acoplarse de manera f uralidad de cámaras y a la fuente de presión re fuente de fluido y a la pluralidad de vesículas endo la interfaz operable para transferir 1 ducida y el fluido; y en donde las cámaras son operables para oporcionando el conducto de distribución una co uida entre las vesículas inflables. 30. El aparato de la reivindicación 19, menos una de las vesículas inflables comprende: un poste para limitar la expansión de l a vesícula inflable a lo largo de una dirección menos una vesícula inflable se encuentra inflada 31. El método de la reivindicación mprende además: proporcionar un conducto de distribución; acoplar de manera fluida las vesículas tre sí utilizando el conducto de distribución; y proporcionar un paño quirúrgico adap brir las vesículas inflables para formar u liado, comprendiendo el espacio sellado las cámar 40. El método de la reivindicación 37, e rmación de las vesículas inflables comprende: proporcionar una primera hoja; proporcionar una segunda hoja; y soldar la primera hoja a la segunda hoja las lineas de soldadura para formar las flables, las cámaras y un conducto de dis oporcionando el conducto de distribución una co uida entre las vesículas inflables. 42.
