Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un dextrano funcionalizado con por lo menos un residuo de aminoácido alfa hidrofóbico, siendo el aminoácido alfa injertado o unido al dextrano por un brazo de unión y una función. Se entiende por un residuo de aminoácido hidrofóbico el producto de acoplamiento entre la amina del aminoácido y un ácido portado por el brazo de unión, siendo el dextrano anfífilo a pH neutro. En una modalidad, el aminoácido hidrofóbico se elige entre los derivados de triptófano, tal como triptófano, triptofanol, triptofanamida, 2-indol etilamina y sus sales de catión alcalino. La presente invención se relaciona igualmente con una composición farmacéutica que contiene uno de los dextranos de acuerdo con la invención.
