Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un metodo para producir un tubo (16) de acero sin costura manufacturado en caliente en el cual a partir de un tocho (1) calentado a la temperatura de deformacion se produce mediante perforacion, en una primera etapa de deformacion, un tocho (8) hueco de pared gruesa el cual a continuacion a la misma temperatura se estira en una segunda etapa de deformacion mediante laminado con variacion del diametro y del grosor de pared para obtener un tubo previo (zamarra), y en una tercera etapa de deformacion se produce a partir de este un tubo terminado mediante laminado reductor, caracterizandose este metodo en que la segunda y la tercera etapa de deformacion caracterizada por el laminado se sustituye por una etapa de deformacion a manera de un proceso de forja radial con el uso de una herramienta (11) interior insertada en el tocho (8) hueco y al menos dos quijadas de forja de una maquina (10) de forja que actuan sobre la superficie de envuelta del tocho (8) hueco, siendo que el tocho (8) hueco se gira y se desplaza axial de manera ciclica en la fase de la carrera de regreso de las quijadas de forja.
