Abstract

Se describe un surtidor para surtir una substancia, tal como un producto farmaceutico, oftalmico, dermatologico, cosmoceutico, cosmetico u otro producto, que tiene un cuerpo que define una camara de almacenamiento de volumen variable para almacenar el producto. Una porcion de surtido del surtidor esta conectada con el cuerpo y define un agujero acoplado en comunicacion de fluido con la camara de almacenamiento para recibir la substancia del mismo, y una abertura de salida acoplada en comunicacion de fluido con el agujero. Una valvula de una direccion del surtidor incluye un asiento de valvula que se extiende axialmente y una cubierta de valvula flexible axialmente extendida asentada sobre el asiento de valvula y definiendo una costura normalmente cerrada, axialmente extendida, entre ellas, formando un sello hermetico al fluido entre la cubierta de valvula y el asiento de valvula. La cubierta de valvula flexible se puede mover con relacion al asiento de valvula y la costura se puede conectar en comunicacion de fluido con la abertura de salida para permitir el paso de la substancia a traves de la costura y fuera del surtidor. El surtidor ademas comprende un ensamble de accionador y piston que incluye un piston que se puede recibir dentro del agujero, un accionador manualmente acoplable conectado al piston para mover el piston entre primera y segunda posiciones con relacion al agujero para surtir la substancia dentro del agujero a traves de la abertura de salida, y un resorte con forma de domo, integral acoplado a por lo menos uno del piston y accionador para derivar al piston en una direccion de una de las primera y segunda posiciones hacia la otra.
