Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la recuperación de metales preciosos, el cual comprende lixiviar con ácido nítrico un limo de refinerías de la plata, por lo cual se disuelve y prepara la mayor parte de la plata, dejando una arena de oro que contiene oro, plata sin disolver y varias cantidades de metales preciosos e impurezas, caracterizado porque se pone en contacto la arena de oro con el ácido clorhídrico, por un tiempo suficiente para separar los metales precisos e impurezas contaminantes desde dicha arena de oro.
