I forgot my luggage during my trip from Copenhagen airport to my city.
I called Flixbus and they only way to find it was to submit a lost and found form from their website and cross my finger. Almost 2 weeks later I got mail from Flixbus that they unfortunate could’nt find my lugagge.
Thats despite they have the day, time and the route. And they also must known witch buscompany was on route.
After I found the bus company myself and provided the day, time and route, and they had my luggage. It took me 10 minute to locate my luggage.
That mean that the lost and found team at Flixbus didnt actually do an effort to find my luggage. Bad bad service.
