Like several others who have written 1 star reviews on here and notably in turkey I was given the runaround by this terrible company at the cruise terminal. Of course, even though I took the time to send them my proof to their standard response they refuted everything I said in favour of whatever 3rd party they use in Istanbul , I say 3rd party literally as I thought I had booked with hoppa. Don’t use either hoppa or elife if you don’t want 100% stress. As you will see they’ve just done it again. THEIR REPLY IS JUST THE STANDARD REPLY THEY ROLL OUT UNTIL YOU GET FED UP AND DON’T BOTHER ANYMORE, WELL IT’S WORKED FOR HOPPA AND ELIFE BUT I HOPE PEOPLE READ THIS AND GIVE YOU BOTH A MISS
