The event has been cancelled and they are only refunding the face value of the ticket! Extortionate booking fees! A legal loop hole. I wonder how much they are making from this event with all the booking fees they’re not refunding 🤔 Disgusting way to run a business. AVOID!!! I won’t be letting it drop though. I’m not losing out on £13!!! If I could leave a zero I would.

Hi Tina, it's never our decision for an event to be cancelled, so in these cases we do retain the fees as we have provided and still continue to provide a service for all involved. These fees help us to run our business and are essential for us. This is standard across all events as per our terms and conditions.
