I ordered some fabric plus a paper pattern from Minerva some days ago. I received an email notifying me that the paper pattern would not be available for some weeks. This happened to be a pattern that had featured on a YouTube video on the Minerva channel so I was inspired to try it out. Customer service had gone to the trouble of sourcing a similar pattern and was asking if this substitute pattern would meet my request as this would be available for immediate dispatch. How thoughtful. It would have been so easy for them just to send me an email to say that my order would be delayed. 5* for customer service. In this day and age it’s very rare. Well done Minerva!
