Disappointing Return Experience
I ordered two dresses that arrived together in one parcel. Unfortunately, neither dress fitted because the sizing was inaccurate for me, so I returned both in the same parcel using one return label.
I paid £11 for delivery to London and a further £9.98 was deducted for the return, meaning I lost £20.98 despite returning the entire order.
I contacted customer service to ask why the return charge was applied per dress rather than per returned parcel, but I did not receive a clear explanation. Instead, I was referred to the company policy and told it was due to environmental impact, which did not answer my question.
This was disappointing, and I would think carefully before ordering again.
